Very Professional Staff from our Sales Person to the on site Manager and the Finance guy. I would whole heartily recommend Larry H Miller Volkswagen to everyone. This was so seamless and pain free. I also purchased a vehicle from Larry H Miller Doge/Jeep and Im happy to say all three vehicles we purchased was the same great grand and wonderful experience.

I was in the market for a VW Golf 6 speed and was having little success in California where I live. Terms were good, but there was no negotiating. I searched online through Edmunds and found a promising vehicle in Arizona. If the deal was acceptable, I would make the 12-hour round trip to get the car. I called Larry H Miller Volkswagen, and the discussion was a little bumpy at first. Then I was put on hold for a moment, and Jesse Schoolmeester entered the conversation. He listened and calmly led me through the process. I’ve bought a lot of cars, negotiated many deals, and had clear expectations. Jesse was very competent and congenial. He understood that I lived far away and would have to be motivated to purchase from his dealership. There were challenges along the way. The sales team was extremely rowdy in the background, but Jesse stayed calm and focused. When I didn’t appreciate one of his supervisor’s attitude, he steered me to someone else. The deal took a day of discussions, but we reached an agreement. He met some resistance on a few of the terms but advocated for me as well as protecting his dealership’s interests. I was impressed and won over. The process took 4 hours at the site, which is too long, but Jesse was gracious and attentive. He even detailed my new Golf personally, a first from someone on the sales team. I wanted to take his picture next to the car, but that made him uncomfortable. I appreciated his modesty, a term which rarely describes a vehicle sales representative. Andrew in finance treated me with respect. I met a couple of the other sales reps and enjoyed talking to them, too. The sales manager was professional and engaging. Overall, I’d say it was a lengthy but altogether satisfying experience. Oh, by the way, I love the car!

I liked the great customer service received. Had a slight issue with a car not having NAV but a solution was resolved real quick and professionally. The sales persons and managers were awesome. The finance manager was very professional and highly skilled of his duties. Yes in a heartbeat I would return and purchase another vehicle when needed.

I had been in the market for an Atlas Cross Sport for a few months, and I was completely turned off by my interactions with the much closer, much more convenient VW dealers in the Phoenix Metro area. (In fact, at one point, I told a dealer located in midtown that shall remain nameless that I would rather buy a horse & buggy than do business with them.) So in my final attempt, I ventured far across the Valley with zero expectations. Much to my surprise, Jesse, Fernando & Ed flipped my perception of the car dealership experience. They worked hard to earn my business without being shady, overbearing, and/or aggressive.... in fact, quite the opposite! I can honestly say I left there feeling like a I made a few new friends, while at the same time scoring the EXACT vehicle I was seeking. I highly recommend LHM VW, and I will most definitely purchase through this family of dealerships again!

I have NO likes when it comes to sales and the deceptive practices they use at LMV Avondale. I am not a car salesman, one would hope for help and honestly when purchasing a new car. Not at LMV. DECEPTION is their game, and they do it well. For me, it's been a devastating experience. My trade-in payoff was sent into VW credit late by LMV, adding a late to my credit. They don't care. Sadly, this dealer has to lie, cheat, and steal to stay in business.

I live an hour and a half from Avondale and Larry Miller did my entire deal through text message and emails!! I'm too busy with my business and being a single mom to travel up there and sign documents or pick up my car, so they made that happen for me too. They did everything from start to finish and dropped off my car to my work door!! I signed my paperwork in my salon!! I would absolutely buy from Larry Miller VW again! Had a great sales guy too! Ask for Elijah.

I have nothing but great things to say about the sales team. Went in to purchase a Jetta in a specific color. The car I wanted had been sold 30 mins prior to my arrival. They found the same car in California. We discussed price and they prepared all the paperwork. I signed and went home. The sales man drove out to CA the next day and brought my new car home! I picked it up and couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

No hassle, no gimmicks, no BS! They treat you like family. They inform you every step of the way. Didn’t intend to buy a car this visit and left with one. As a female, it’s refreshing to go in and ask questions and not be treated poorly. I love Larry Miller Volkswagen and have become a fan for life. I’ve told everyone to buy a VW and to go see the team there. Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, surrounded by the best service, sales and finance team in the valley.

I was amazed how Larry H Miller’s sales and management team handled my purchase. I found the vehicle online and being from out of state, I thought it was going to be a difficult abs lengthy process. I was definitely mistaken!! Elijah and Michael made it very easy...a few papers go sign and boom...I had a beautiful new car waiting on me when I arrived. I highly recommend buying from Larry H Miller VW!!!

Buying in a Pandemic with social distancing IN PERSON

I did my online research-actually my husband did more of it-( actually- all of it) I gave him my wants and needs. We went out and met up with Brian and showed him what we found and he LISTENED. He got us three vehicles that fit our criteria - went home and narrowed it down( no hustle or game playing from Brian). We came back at ten the next day as we all agreed and Brian got my car all processed- I banged the gong and snd we were off to financing after I chilled in the comfort of their spacious living room... went to financing- AWESOME! And then “ Juice” ( Brian’s apt nickname) got my beauty’s tags on and I was off to lunch with a BFF!

I have had numerous service/repair issues completed by the Larry H. Miller service department and all with outstanding results with a fair cost !! My service advisor was Michael Erickson and his knowledge and expertise of the service department is clearly evident. His assessment of the issue was spot on with an excellent result. Mr. Erickson is the person to resolve any issue with your VW !!!

Paola was able to get me in on the same day which was much appreciated. In the end the battery was replaced. She was very good to work with and helped solve my problem so I could get to work the next day. Highly recommend her and the dealership!
