Dishonest service. Does not honor warranty. Gross negligence.

5/3/2023 Paid $664.53. My vehicle has no AC when I arrived. The Hyundai Avondale dealership failed to properly inspect my vehicle before and after completing the repairs. 5/4 Joshua advised AC is resolved and states codes they have for oil control valves are an electrical issue. 5/5 JW states per Hyundai DTF either PCM or harness. 5/9 PCM installed pending codes of camshaft/crankshaft correlation. 5/10 asked for what dollar amount I will sell my car. 5/10 JW accidentally sent me a W2 request for a previous employee 5/11 accidentally received payplan from RP from JW 5/12 JW reports valve cover was removed to confirm operation of CVVT's. 5/15 JW states they think they made progress. 5/16 Kurt introduces himself states remaining not related costs $1900 or offers $3483 for my vehicle. As of May 18 this dealership has refused to honor the repair contract. Hyundai warranty states 1 year or 12,000 miles for genuine Hyundai parts. My knock sensor was replaced by this dealership and I have a present knock sensor code along with other codes that were scanned at autozone after picking up my vehicle the same day. Photo of my dashboard with check engine light was taken at the gas station. My vehicle was unlocked and left open when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. have a video. This dealership did not disclose any issues with my mileage from the start.

Earnhardt Hyundai staff are always very professional and pleasant. They make coming to the dealership a pleasant excursion. Your very comfortable waiting room, snacks and coffee don't hurt either!

question on rear door operation

Found the problem with the new car and fixed it. They made sure that I was informed of the progress with updates every 20 to 30 minutes
