I purchased a 2007 Infiniti G35 from this dealership in August, 2007. At the time of purchase, it was agreed that a clear film bra would be installed on this vehicle as soon as possible after purchase. I returned the vehicle for installation of this bra two weeks after purchase. When I picked up the car after installation, only a partial bra had been installed. The bumper & painted areas surrounding the grill had not been covered. I complained and was essentially given the runaround by both salesman and general manager. I was treated with disregard, disrespect and disdain. They simply would not honor what I considered to be our sales agreement regarding installation of a clear bra. After repeated frustrating and fruitless phone calls, I filed a complaint with the local business bureau. The complaint was totally ignored by the dealership. The dealership did not even respond to the complaint. This is a group to whom customer service, and treating the customer with respect & regard, are alien concepts. They are interested only in extracting the maximum dollar from customers in any manner possible. This was behavior I would not have expected from an Infiniti dealer. This was my first, and will be my last, Infiniti purchase from this dealership.
