My sales guy was Evan and made my experience very pleasant by the ease of everything, from paperwork to having my truck ready to go when I come back in. These guys want to sale you a dependable ride and not take all day to do it like some places will do.

We have bought many vehicles over the years. This was the best , easiest car buying experience weve ever had. From sales to finance it was top notch service. Highly recommend Bentley Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy.

my husband and I went to purchase a 2008 vehicle.. very excited about it.. it was late and we met a assosiate at the dealership who helped us drive the colbot 2008 model.. it was what I thought I would like but decided it was not as comfortable as I wanted.. ( it was a beautiful car, and im not saying anything bad about the colbolt.. just not what I wanted). she proceded to bring me the car they thought I "could handle".. it turned out to be a used 05 impalla.. i was so upset.. again I explained I was wanting a new car and she proceded to tell me to test drive this car.. I got decided not to.. then she brought us another car and it was a used 06 trailblazer.. i did test drive it but again was not givin any options to test another 08 model.. i was very upset and decided we needed to leave and then the sales lady and her manager tried to tell us that we needed to make a choice that night.. needless to say we left and without a car.. the next night my self and husband went to jim bishop dealership in tuscumbia alabama and they worked us in a wonderful 2008 toyota corolla , the exact color i liked and all... we were very pleased with them.. they managed to get our new car for us at the price we wanted.. its sad to think that bently chevrolet would actually tell the customer what is best for them and completly ignore what the customer wants.. and its also sad that i have now heard i was not the first customer they did this way....
