Service department experience was great at Sterling McCall Acura. Service advisor Brandy Ramirez was great and went beyond all expectations.I was having major car trouble 90 miles away called Brandy. She consulted a texhnician with my problem called me back, reassured me she would wait even if it meant past closing time and had a loaner car ready. She was in constant communication with updates. I live 2 1/2 hours away, service with team members like Brandy is what will make it worth the drive. Thank you Brandy.

Sterling McCall almost always beats out the other Houston dealerships for service costs! Their Advisors are efficient and up front about everything going on with your vehicle while it’s in their hands. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of when it comes to their suggestions for repairs or things they notice upon inspection (and I don’t know anything about cars). Next time your service notification rings call around to the other Acura dealerships, get quotes, schedule with Sterling McCall, realize what you’ve been missing and how service should really work at a dealership!

I somehow got a nail in my sidewalk, and immediately drove to this dealership. I just moved here and had no appointment but they fitted me in, and had me back on the road in about two hours - with a freshly washed and inspected car. Great service.

From the moment walking into the service dept I noticed the difference with other dealerships. They actually sit down and discuss your car issue in detail. When the service is finished they talk to you again. It was a nice change.

because of and even explained that was their fault, but still only offered a discount to fix? Still complain, new manager, only told a coincidence? but willing to still work a deal for me to get fixed? Because of the service done, after dropping 1,900 in CASH, loses my Bluetooth.

First of all "TIM MACHUCA" You are a rock star. I purchased a brand new Aura 2015 MDX from this dealership. The sales experience was good. But now I want come to service part. It is excellent... I wish if there was an option to give more than 5 STARS.... My vehicle developed a "tick" noise from the driver rear quarter panel when the vehicle flexes on uneven road. Took it to McCall . Tim was my service advisor. 2 days later, they called me to state that the vehicle can not be repaired by dealership and needs to be attended by American Honda rep. a week later rep came down to Houston, and handed over my car. But in the process of fixing my car, the "ACURA" guy damaged my car. I ended with a brand new acura with bodyshop work for no mistake of mine...... All these days Tim was the only person who kept me with honest information when ACURA client relationship team miserably failed. That call center guys are nothing a but a bunch of dolls dancing to the tunes of their manager. Poor folks.. dear.. plz find a better job!!!! 2 weeks later, I got a call from American Honda and the guy says.. we will cut a check for 2.4k, and they fix the car...interesting.. Tim came up with strategy to initiate a talk to his boss to have the dealer buy back the car, and give me new car. A place where American Honda failed, McCall succeeded to keep me happy and retain as a customer. I will buy cars from McCall again, but not a ACURA for sure!!!!!

From start to finish, my experience with Sterling McCall Acura has been superb. Lets begin by pointing out the friendly and professional staff, the attractive and fresh facilities, the excellent inventory selection, and the fantastic products. Additionally, I never felt any pressure to "hurry up and close the deal". Rather, it was a zero pressure environment, whereby they were extremely patient while I made my decisions. Thank you, Mike Chan, for putting together an irresistible deal on my new TL. In summary: from meeting the receptionist, meeting with the sales staff, then on to the test drives, through the closing office and finally the delivery process, I have been pleased with each and every facet of my dealings at Sterling McCall Acura.
