I went to Sterling McCall Acura to get my daughters vehicle serviced and I could not have received a better service rep to help me. Mr. David Gilbert was very helpful, attentive and went way above in my opinion to help take care of my issue. Although this is an Acura dealership, I bought a toyota for my daughter that she badly wanted from Acura. I found most times you should and would have to take to the Toyota dealership to get serviced to my disappointment and would have been out of my way as well as me being pressed for time because of personal things I was going thru. Mr. Gilbert was simply AMAZING in helping me out with this issue. He has really restored my faith in humanity and is truly one of a kind. I definitely will be purchasing my next vehicle from this location and has already bragged to family and friends. Thank you Mr. Gilbert and most of all thank you Acura for employing such a wonderful person to service your customers.
