Your maintenance managers, especially Danny Ruzinik, are attentive, responsive, friendly, and kind to deal with regular service or in my case, urgent action. I had a total knee replacement surgery planned within a warning light coming on my dashboard. Although Danny had a full schedule, he told me to come up and he would fit me in the best he could to obtain a good working car for my caregivers coming down from PA and MD areas to help me. It turned out to be a nail on the side of a rear tire, requiring a new tire. The other tires were in good shape. He installed 1 tire and had me on my way in less than 2 hours. I was very happy.

I traveled over 300 miles to buy a certified preowned Lexus from Germain Lexus in Naples Florida. It was one of the smoothest automobile purchases I have ever made . My salesman Cary Vhugen has great . He had all the paperwork ready. There was no hidden fees or attempt to sell you on accessories that you do not want. I took about one hour to complete the transaction. Everyone at the dealership seemed truly happy to work there. The car was immaculate at delivery. I wish my local Lexus dealership was more like Germain Lexus . You wont regret purchasing from

I loved my 2019 ES 350 and could have driven it another 5 years, but when I met the 2024 300h I had to have it. Paul Berggren in sales, Ana Sanchez in finance and Jackson Kirby my service rep wrre wonderful and I left with a beautiful new car.

I called and came in last minute due to a battery dying. Check engine light, and multiple lights on dashboard going crazy. They took me in asap and Scott Fielding made sure all was taken care of. I also needed a fuse replaced. Diagnostic was performed and all was taken care of promptly.

My service advisor Lee Glesmer and his assistant Micheal were extremely helpful yesterday facilitating my service visit. The employees working on my Lexus 350 found a nail in one of my tires and it had to be replaced. The tires are warranteed for 4 years so there was no charge for the new tire. Lexus also has the same warranty for batteries. It’s a reason to be a Lexus customer. Lee also gave me $10 discount, always appreciated.

Danny Rusinik and Mark VanBuren offer the care and convenience needed in a busy life where my car is vital. Their customer service is stellar. I spend an enormous amount of time in my car and appreciate these two men who give me peace of mind that I am safe and secure driving my automobile. While the Lexus SUV design over the years has not always been a fan favorite, I cannot imagine purchasing another manufacturers model because of the experience, relationship and care offered by Mark VanBuren and Danny Rusinik. The service department makes the dealership. Anyone can sell you an automobile but it takes a special team to always make sure your car runs smoothly, efficiently, and without incident when it needs service. Thank you Gentleman, it is a pleasure.
