The sales experience was fine - the guy was inexperienced but not a big deal. The financing department, however, is really shady. Review your documents after your requested changes are "made". Also, the guy will tell you if you buy the extended warranty and don't really use it, they'll refund almost the whole thing - flat out lie. We received 10% back on the first one, declined it on the second one. He went to remove it from the contract but actually left it on there. I noticed it when we were at home afterwards. Guy claims it was a mistake - a month ago - still haven't rec'd refund. Will NEVER buy another car there based on the financing departments practices.

Got to dealership and asked for person who I communicated via email. Then waited, and waited and waited. A female customer got in after and also had to wait. Ridiculous. Got fed up after 20 minutes. Walked out the door and then she got out to the sales floor and greeted me. Poor experience.

We were asked what we wanted and what we expected from a new Hyundai instead of the salesperson trying to tell us what we wanted. Sam definitely listened to what we wanted and found a car that met our needs. We have never had such a positive car buying experience, and we have bought a lot of cars.

My husband has been looking for a van for his golf trips for a year now. He found this one and although it was over 300 miles away, it looked like a good prospect. I drove up to look at it. Darrell Coleman, my salesman, was awesome and he even did the test drive for me, since I had no idea of where I was. I put a down payment on the vehicle and came back with my husband after the weekend and picked it up. Everyone that we made eye contact with spoke to us, with a smile on their face. It was the friendliest dealership I've ever been in! Darrell was fantastic!

I was actually referred by a family member to check out amato and to talk to Sam. I like how Sam accommodate to my schedule! Sam had a day off but he came in early in the morning to meet me! He was friendly and to the point. He made it happen and I walked out with a smile and new car! Amazing!!

We just purchased a Hyundai Elantra. Juan was our sales person and did a great job explaining product features. He was not high pressure at all which is very important to us as like many people we don't like the negotiating piece of the car buying experience. If we had any issues, Juan listened to us and then worked to find resolution to our issues which we appreciated. Kobe was the finance mgr. and was very friendly, always smiling, and did a great job explaining the different options we had financially with the service packages. Thanks Juan and Kobe. This is our third purchase from Amato for a Hyundai and I'm sure we'll be back!

I finally made it into the 2000's with my vehicle. I found a 2005 VW Beetle that I could afford the payments on and got a great deal. The sales staff was very helpful and the finance people were great.
