Highly recommend Audi of Bellevue. Very clean and nice dealership with very professional and kind service staff. no pressure whatsoever. Able to handle the transaction, smooth and efficiently. I walked in in the evening and drove home with a new car. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Alexis maintains her fabulous service. She even managed to get me a loaner car this time. Her information is very clear and she goes the extra mile to answer any questions I may have. My only complaint is the cost being charged for a fob. I found my Dad an Audi TT, and the previous owner claimed not to have a second key. The cost of a back-up fob/key is $750. truly excessive. Please re-think this cost. Also, price for paid services is not really a yes or no question. In general the service costs are too high. But I have confidence that it was done right...which helps.

First New Audi Service

This was my first time to Audi Bellevue. I'm a military veteran and had purchased my Audi at another dealership prior to moving to the PNW. The experience with Audi Bellevue was seamless. The staff was helpful and courteous for both scheduling and servicing. Great experience all around!

Great, professional experience

From the time I made the appointment to picking up my car when it was ready the same day I had an easy, smooth experience. When I dropped off the car a loaner was ready for me. They gave me a good idea of when the car would be ready and said they'd contact me by text with updates. My service tech coordinator was friendly and down to earth. My car was ready by the end of the day, they gave me detailed info on what was done, made sure it was washed and charged. I will be returning to this dealership for my Audi's future service needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this class act Audi service department.

Bought a new audi. Whole process with the dealer Hamza was terrible. The whole experience left with a bad taste in the mouth. Customer service could have greatly improved. Would not buy again from here.

A good inventory of new cars motivated us to drive over 2.5 hours to shop for our SQ8. Daniel was extremely helpful by patiently answering even the smallest question in as much detail as we required. I was unable to gt my engine to turn over. Once started I took it to Audit of Bellevue and they got me right in and on my way. Turns out it was just a battery, but the car wasn't much good without it!
