I would love to give the Salesman Jack Keller 5 stars. He was very nice and helpful with my purchasing. I would love to give Service 5 stars. I brought my car in on Monday and the guy in the Service department was so very nice. Unfortunately, I cannot give Finance a 5 star and the reason for that is because I ran into an issue and I could not make my first payment on the 5th. I emailed and informed the Finance department that I would be making my payment on Monday the 10th and its been hell every since I sent that email. As I am reading my contract it states no late fee if paid within 7 days of the due date ( so that means you have a 7 day grace period). But Bonnie from Finance is emailing me telling me because I have until 7 PM today to have the payment in. She also asked me what is keeping me from making my first payment on time. As I explained to her I had a virus and was not able to work, so I have some days off my paycheck. She then asked me for a copy of my two most recent paystubs which I gave that to them when I purchased my vehicle and I informed her of that. ( She then stated Finance need to see it to show that you missed days from work). I have been going back in forth regarding this payment. I can see if I was not trying to pay it at all but I am making the payment in three days. Again I was very please with the Salesman Jack Keller and the Service department but Bonnie in finance I am not please with at all. So with that I cannot give a 5 Star. I would recommend Car Credit Nation to friends but tell them only if they are buying it straight out because of the way I am being treated right now by the Finance Department/Representative. Priscilla helped me today and she was so nice and so friendly, it felt like I knew her for years. She went over everything so I understood what I was signing up for and I left with a better car than I thought I’d be able to get originally. I will definitely repeat business when the time comes!

I live in Germantown and found Car nation on google while searching for a vehicle. As I approached the door I was greeted by JACK KELLER never did I think I would be dealing with the BEST SALESMAN !! I meant with Dave I had several delemas but Dave would not give up he worked several hours on my case. Well needles to say he got me approved for a car.I was able to get a car that I wanted. The entire experience was great.Yes I drove far to get to this place but it was worth it.I would do it again if I had to. Awesome team at this location

This place is a joke don’t believe what they put about there down payment they wanted me to put 30% of the price down so on a 10,000 dollar vehicle that would be 3,000 dollars down. Biggest joke ever

I purchased my first car in 2015 and it has been a wonderful car and then just a week ago I found myself in need of another car and I returned to CCN and I must say my experience is just as great as it was in 2015 if not better !!! Tisa and the whole finance dept worked hard just to get MY own car loan and they are the bomb !! Tisa got me a great salesman Jack and the service dept was so helpful ...I want to thank the ladies for working hard for me and I got myself a wonderful beautiful car ...if looking to purchase a Car PLEASE go to CCN they treat you like your there only customer ...Thank you from a loyal customer always ....Thank you

These people ran my credit then called me and said we don't work with that state why did you run the credit then if you saw that it was not a state you help why would you run the credit and hurt that person credit????? That was under handed and low. you guys stink
