onI would love to give the Salesman Jack Keller 5 stars. He was very nice and helpful with my purchasing. I would love to give Service 5 stars. I brought my car in on Monday and the guy in the Service department was so very nice. Unfortunately, I cannot give Finance a 5 star and the reason for that is because I ran into an issue and I could not make my first payment on the 5th. I emailed and informed the Finance department that I would be making my payment on Monday the 10th and its been hell every since I sent that email. As I am reading my contract it states no late fee if paid within 7 days of the due date ( so that means you have a 7 day grace period). But Bonnie from Finance is emailing me telling me because I have until 7 PM today to have the payment in. She also asked me what is keeping me from making my first payment on time. As I explained to her I had a virus and was not able to work, so I have some days off my paycheck. She then asked me for a copy of my two most recent paystubs which I gave that to them when I purchased my vehicle and I informed her of that. ( She then stated Finance need to see it to show that you missed days from work). I have been going back in forth regarding this payment. I can see if I was not trying to pay it at all but I am making the payment in three days. Again I was very please with the Salesman Jack Keller and the Service department but Bonnie in finance I am not please with at all. So with that I cannot give a 5 Star. I would recommend Car Credit Nation to friends but tell them only if they are buying it straight out because of the way I am being treated right now by the Finance Department/Representative.
