Excellent experience - called and spoke to a sales representative, Win prior to going to the dealership. Arrived to the car I was interested in parked out front, ready for a test drive. Mohammad rode with me and provided all sorts of information I wouldn’t have even thought of to ask that was very helpful. Car buying process was fantastic. Trade in value for former auto was reasonable and the valuation was quickly done. Good deal, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good Toyota financing and rate. Mohammad I helped to ensure everything was moved over from my trade in to my new car, even supplying new adhesives for my EZ Pass. He thoroughly explained how to find and function all parts of the new car and the Toyota app before I left, and followed up a couple of days later to make sure all was well. I’ve had some unfortunate experiences at other dealerships, and so it matters to me who I buy from. I would highly recommend Koons Toyota in Tysons, and based on past experiences, would say that likely all Koons dealerships are a good option.

Mike Beloff (Sales) and Jenni (Business) were outstanding in their communication, knowledge and support throughout the sales process from first contact via internet query thru delivery and post delivery experience. Mike was quick to respond, friendly and informative. Mike was quick to offer a test drive of the closest vehicle in stock and knew the differences between the model I owned previously and the model we test drove. Mike was very supportive in the process including ensuring there were no dealer advertisements added to the car (at my request). Jenni was knowledgeable and supportive of my family’s needs in signing paperwork at a specific date and time. 5/5 across the board. Highly recommended.

Great service and great service advisor

I just went in for an oil & filter change. One hour and it was done. I was fortunate anuff to use the same service advisor as a previous visit even though there are many service advisors at this dealership. Having the same exceptional service advisor who knows my needs provides that personal touch.

I had difficulty to find available Sienna new car at my location. Very surprising Koons has it! And it was great pleasure to work with Jasmin and Jenny to get my new car ❤️ They are very nice and humorous. The manager made the negeotiation fun , not awkward ! Sorry, I forgot your name. Everyone works in Koons is very friendly.

The Best!

Super friendly sales and finance staff made the buying process smoother and easier than I've ever experienced before. Politely allowed me to take the vehicle home to show to my wife, who was under the weather. Matched a quote I got from Carmax for my trade-in vehicle. Our last car from this dealership was bought in 2008, so we already know their service team is also awesome. I highly recommend this dealership!
