Bad for business!!!

These people sold us a vehicle that almost cause us have an accident. Upon calling to let them know of the issues, they asked that we return the vehicle. We returned the vehicle and they kept our money. I'd advice, anyone, not to do business with these people unless you want plenty of issues. Save yourself the trouble!!!

Timothy went over and beyond when it came to the purchase of my vehicle. I was the most inconvenient customer. I work beyond the dealership's opening hours and I was shopping the night before a holiday. He stayed several hours past closing to ensure that I could view, test drive and to complete the purchase of my car. Honestly, I dread buying vehicles. I am the type of person that doesn't do well with stress. Timothy had a happy and pleasant personality that made the transaction enjoyable. I actually had fun buying my car! Careful to believe

Careful to believe you'll drive away in any vehicle you choose. Careful to ever believe you'll be approved for anything actually resembling reality, regardless of what the sign says. After informing the Manager what the situation was and what we were working with, he assured it wouldn't be a problem and had us filling out paperwork. After waiting and waiting and waiting it comes back completely opposite of what we were told and are informed that for us to buy any vehicle, we would have to come up with 1/3 of the vehicle price to be considered. I live in reality and thats where our economy sucks and most of the population live in a predetermined grey area of the spectrum. Not being able to dish out 5 thousand dollars and then being frustrated with what we were informed of upon our initial conversation and our credit already taking the hit, but didn't seem to matter as the manager got rude and changed his entire approach to 'sorry, not sorry, don't care', even if it was a complete lie out of his mouth from jump. Unfortunate that people have to lie like that and take no regard for how it can and will affect another. Merica

So you call about a vehicle and the customer service on their end upsets the customer. So when the customer tries to apologize and defuse the situation the MANAGER LAUGHS AT THE CREDIT AND SAYS "wonder how you could ever buy a car". well if they had understood I said CASH. Anyways the customer service is horrible like who cusses the customer out and laughs at them? Small time auto dealer needs to worry about who they have because if you have a large inventory chances are you aren't selling
