The sales department at Haley was awful. They advertised a price on a vehicle. We called and made an appointment to drive it. After driving it, They raised the price $2000. After numerous emails and phone calls (of which we received no reply) finally was able to reach the sales manager. He said he would look into it for us, then, didn't call back. A day passed and after another call by us, we were told they sold the car. My mother purchased her car from them years ago with a very positive experience, unfortunately, I guess their staff has changed, and will not be getting repeat service from our family or anyone we know. I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership. Very disappointed.

Went in to compare a vehicle to another I was interested in buying. Miguel Soto clocked in early to help me. Miguel is the main reason my buying experience was so positive. After talking a few minutes, he pulls around the truck I ended up buying. Miguel is professional, patient, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the vehicles he sells. I never once felt pushed or harassed like some dealerships do. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Take any negative stereotype you’ve ever heard about car salesmen and throw it out the window.... I have absolutely nothing negative to share about my experience. I will most certainly be sharing his name with anyone and everyone. And keep it up and I’ll be buying from you guys only from now on. You are all wonderful!

I had narrowed down my search for a new vehicle to the RAV-4 Hybrid before finding a dealership for a test-drive. George Savoy was very patient and knowledgeable during our initial meeting, as well as when we went to the lot. He explained the vehicle's safety features during the test drive. Very satisfied with the salesman, Sean Jones. Great person, great salesman, does not cut ties once he sales you a vehicle, Very trustworthy. Finance on the other hand, not extremely happy with them. The price we agreed on was not the price put on the paperwork. We were told by the finance office that Suntrust required GAP insurance, which was also was NOT required. Haley got another $895 for that. Also thrown in, Theft protection, another $95.00 for Haley Toyota. That is why I have insurance with USAA. The paper work states, plane as day, GAP is not required and will not affect the loan if refused. I noticed this after we got home because the paperwork was pushed so fast for signature. Not done here yet, more to come. So, price out the door that was agreed on, $36,086.00, price financed, $38,581.11, a total of $2495.11. The price that was agreed on was what I was offered at another dealer, but being they did not have the color my wife wanted, we went to Haley. I still have the quote from the other dealer for proof. I am not going to let the die, I feel they owe me for the overage.

I enjoyed how thorough, approachable, patient, and friendly the sales staff was. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, and never felt rushed or pressured throughout the entire experience. We went to several dealerships prior to deciding on Haley, but after visiting Haley we were so impressd with the service, we decided to go back. Shane was our initial salesman and he was extremely knowledgeable, as well as very friendly. Shane is one of the main reasons we went with Haley Toyota specifically. On our second trip, Justin helped us with some details; he was also extremely knowledgeable and equally as friendly. Haley worked with us on our budget, specifications, financing, etc. They really offered it all. My husband and I would recommend Haley Toyota to everyone. Not only are the representing the great brand that Toyota already is, they are also giving the customer a positive, enjoyable experience. Shane has done a great job keeping in touch even after purchasing the RAV-4. He has been most helpful in every aspect of buying a new car! He took any potential stress out of car-buying with his great attitude. He is respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. We would recommend him to anyone as well! Very pleased with this car buying experience. I had been to few dealerships in person and several online and Haley was the best to deal with. Priority can take a lesson from Haley. For me, the drive was worth it. I was impressed with having no pressure after the test drive which lead me to the next step of the cost and purchase. I am so pleased with the car and NO buyer's remorse.
