My experience at Miller Toyota Manassas was Great! My sales representative was Mirawis Sherzada. I received excellent support and kindness from Mirawis. It was an excellent experience. There was facts, information, communication quality care and service. There was no pressure. Mirawis was excellent in providing answers and pursuing a vehicle that suited my specific needs. Mirawis demonstrated clearly that he was interested in finding the car that fulfilled my wants and needs. The car purchase was a positive experience. When I went to pick up my new Camry Mirawis reviewed every aspect of the vehicles operation. He answered questions and reviewed many items. He set up my phone for compatibility with the car. He was certain to cover all aspects of the vehicle. He gets the full five star rating! If I have another auto purchase I would inquire with Mirawis. He provided wonderful customer service. A simple oil change, but knowing how that can go south quickly and descend into a long day, this was as quoted. Less than an hour and no issues. Price could always be a wee bit better, but considering the cost of everything these days, not awful.
