I ordered an 2024 XC40 Ultimate which arrived in less than 8 weeks. I visited 3 dealerships. Lindsay provided me with the most information and were most attentive with my needs so I went with them. I felt they wanted me to make the best choice for me instead of trying to sell me a car. Graham was my sales guy. Finance department efficient. Professional, friendly and responsive. I would use them again.

Lexus is the premiere customer service provider. They’ve partnered with Alto ride share service to provide their customers shuttle service. Even that is top notch! My service advisor has been James for several years now and he never fails to deliver an outstanding experience every time. His integrity and knowledge is top notch. Likes: Lindsay Lexus staff are professional and courteous. The service center is well maintained and clean. I have gone to Tammy as my service advisor for the past 10 years and she is the best. Very professional and nice. She listens to issues and acts on them promptly. Dislikes: I understand inflation has impacted everything including costs for parts and labor. However adding shop parts on top of costs for services that have already been quoted is not fair. For example, what shop part is separately used to replace viper blades or drive belt that was not already included in the quoted charges??

Customer service is wonderful! Lindsey provides refreshments while you wait and comfortable seating lounges. The Lindsey service representative we have been working with is Juan Baez. He has been our service representative for over 20 years! He is wonderful to work with!! Aged like fine wine

My Lexus 300 is now 21 years old and has only been serviced by Lindsay Lexus. Sadly our 2016 Lexus 350 was totalled in an accident. But with both cars, our service representative has always been very helpful in getting our cars in for service when needed. The things we have had done have never needed to be redone. My older Lexus SUV is still running fine thanks to the team at Lexus.
