Great Service and Communication

Zack is a good service advisor. He kept us informed about what was happening with our Durang. He took extra steps to find us a part and get it in as quickly as possible. Though the service took several days (lack of mechanics) he let us know the status daily. 👍

The last two times I have been to this dealership the wait time has exceeded 2 hrs today was 2 hrs 30 min, when we arrived the service writer looked grumpy as he talked with the people in the car ahead of us his demeanor did not change while he received our car and when I offered to tell him the mileage he turned and walked away and said nothing else in the past when there has been a long wait the service writer has let us know and since there was only one car in the bay ahead of us we didn’t expect a 2 1/2 hour wait, after waiting an hour and 50 minutes I asked one of the service people about how much longer it would be that person went to the back to find out and said they had just finished the service and our truck would be out in a couple minutes, they finally brought it out 45 minutes later in the past they washed the truck today that did not happen. The service writer said his name was zak, I called to talk with the service manager but the phone was answered by the assistant service manager who said his name was Zak, not knowing if this was the same Zak that we were unhappy with I asked to speak with the general manager I waited for about 2 minutes and went to voicemail where I left a message and asked they call me back that was over 2 and 1/2 hours ago and I have not heard from anyone therefore I am letting everyone know the kind of service to expect at this dealership.

Waste of time!

This is my second negative encounter with LHM Riverdale, Utah. This time I decided to discuss it with the service manager. Waste of time! He doesn’t care about the customer. He only cares about blaming them for not making an appointment, even after trying to make an appointment and was told one was not needed. I then decided he didn’t want to hear what I had to say, so I asked to speak with the GM Troy Bullard. Waste of time! He told me “I don’t want to hear it.” After which I went to look for my truck… I found it parked / hidden in their back lot… no work being done… I will be taking my truck for another oil change as I believe the only thing that was done was a reset of the oil “life left” gauge. This encounter could have been solved with simple communication, yet the dealership chose to focus on money rather than the customer. They offered to refund my money, I told them that was not was I was after, I wanted someone to value my time which was not one of the dealerships intentions. I will NEVER take vehicle back to LHM for service. I will NEVER buy a car from LHM. I may pay more somewhere else, but it won’t be a waste of time.
