onI did not have an appointment. The said 1 hour to an hour and a half. Was done in an hour. Was asked about issues they found with pricing available. Did not have to wait for prices. I was able to make informed decisions quickly and confidently. Very happy with my service.

Good fast service, professional staff

onI had a good first time experience going there for an alignment job back in February. It was a walk in without an appointment, and Ken answered all my questions and concerns, and got the alignment done at an affordable price. It was slightly to the left, so I returned the next day and they got that corrected immediately. The second time was good too, only when I arrived Ken and another gentlemen were at there desks and didn’t even acknowledge me. They didn’t even inform me that someone will be with them in a minute. I had to wait for Sarah to return to her desk so she could tend to me. But after that everything was fine, I went over to the parts department to get a price and see if they had items in stock, and the gentlemen was also kind and professional there as well. I only waited for about 1 hour in which was fast.

The Mechanics are Great, the Service desk not so much

onI made an appointment online. It asked me if I would be staying or leaving after drop off. I clicked leaving since I had to go to work. It then asked if I had a ride or needed one via Lyft or rental. I selected the rental which I would pay for. When I drop my car off I the front desk guy named Adrian told me that they don’t do rentals. He could tell that i was upset so got me a Lyft ride home. I was like I have to go to work but since I work outside utah county they would not cover it. He could care less and was like that’s your problem. So I had to call out and suffer the consequences since I couldn’t afford a Lyft to work and didn’t have anyone to take me. If a place tells you when making an appointment that they do rentals then you show up and they don’t do rentals that is on them. I then came to find out that they do have loaner cars but the Adrian who helped me must of really hated me because he didn’t offer me 1 of the 7 loaner cars they had. I wish I could get rid of my car so I don’t have experience this crappy place again. I feel bad because the mechanic was great and fixed my car but Adrian was not nice and all and shouldn’t be in a job helping people.

They can’t hear you?

onHad some warranty work done. Could not get a human to answer the phone to schedule the service. Scheduled online. Repay took a full day and I had come from 30 miles away. No loaner vehicle or offer to get me home. Had to Uber and return the next day. No one would answer the phone the next morning to see if my vehicle was done before making the trip back to the dealership. Poor communication and not great customer service.

The service department kept my spare tire

onWhen I had a flat tire. I had it repaired at ken Garff Volkswagen. They kept my spare tire. When I tried to get it back, they denied they ever had it.

And in this day and age when cars are really hard to get they had a selection believe it or not and allowed me the time to choose my options and test drive!

onDropped my car of the night before a 9am appointment car was not done at 5pm. In fact not even started on. Maybe today. Will not comment on dealership building it is undergoing a move and a rebuild I am sure it will be nice when done. All in all this is my first vw and will probably be my last after this emissions scandal

onUpon arriving at the Volkswagon dealership in Orem Utah my guard was up. Another sales experience another pushy sale man and the list goes on. Not this time!!!!! A very handsome young man approached us and introduced himself JOSH. We told him our deliema and what we wanted was a payment much lower then I had got roped into at another dealership!! He took us in and within minutes we had our answer no pressure and a super sweet sale man all around. The staff was knowledgeable and wanting to help make what was a bad situation better!! You didnt feel like everyone was looking at you like you had just taken the last soda out of the fridge!! My husband and I sat and talked about everything with Josh from camping to photography to helping us get the deal we wanted and getting back on the road! My husband and I have bought well over 15 new vehicles and I honestly will say.. this was the best experience I have ever had! I want to thank Josh and the rest of them for a VERY easy transition and a deal we are pleased with! If you are looking for a new vechicle... go see them and ask for Josh! If you hurry... you can buy my old red convertible R line 2014. It's sexy but won't be there long. I am sad to have to part with my bug but my new Passat is even sexier.. just sayin :) You will be amazed with all of them Nola D
