Odometer Fraud

I bought a car as new, the odometer statement shows it to have only 12 miles, after I got it home and going through the features we discovered it had almost 4300 miles, shady dealer, I would not buy from this dealership.

Lies, false information and shotty repairs

AVOID Pete Mankins at 3707 Summerhill Rd at all cost. Jerry "the owner" does nothing but ride around on his very well maintained golf cart. If they took care of their customers as well as they do his golf cart, Pete Mankins MIGHT be a better dealership. They started their lies and under handed ways of financing the minute we walked in the door. Once the sale is made, they are done with you. IF they follow through with any of their promises for repairs, they will be "shotty" at best. Calling Nissan, BBB, and the finance company if the issues are not taken care of immediately. I found mostly horrible reviews on Pete Mankins. We should have read the reviews on this dealership before buying a vehicle from them.

I should have reviewed the dealership the first time we did business with them. The first interaction was a very complicated one with Nissan replacing my truck that had a manufactured defect. the General Sales Manager took the lead and assisted the wife and I on this long adventure. He went above and beyond in getting us the car that we wanted! My second encounter was just prior to me leaving to go back to South Carolina. I had went to the dealership earlier the day before i was supposed to leave and just pondered on a new car. I was contacted by a sales rep later in the evening. I returned the next morning and made a deal. I was in the dealership approximately 1 1/2 hours TOPS! we ended up walking out with a brand new 2017 Nissan Pathfinder and we love it. I will definitely be a repeat customer next time I am in the market for a car!

BUYER BEWARE DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES IN SALES AND FINANCE

Buyer beware!! Extremely deceptive in sales and finance on new vehicle. Price in advertising and sale was one price then price was switched at finance dept. Only noticed after signing then told it was a 'legal binding contract'. So I was done over by this dealership...especially the finance department.

Poor salesman attentiveness Steve W., never been more uncomfortable during a purchase in our lives. Prices on their website aren't accurate and will lie about it, we questioned the sales manager Brian C about the prices and got the BS song and dance about they do that to be competitive with Dallas. [non-permissible content removed]! Will never make a purchase there in my life nor will I allow a family member or a friend to make the same mistake. If you read this, take warning, you will not regret it. I swear. Never in our lives have we been made to feel so uncomfortable during a sale.

Mislead and Lied

I purchased a 350z convertible but before finalizing sale noticed a tear in seam on top, I stated this had to be fixed before I would accept car and told it was a 5 dollor fix and they had a very qualified person to do so, I was called when fixed and it did look ok but when I put top down one week later it tore apart, they did a cover up patch job just so I would accept car and drive off lot and not willing to fix, Do not trust on be misled like I was, and lied to

Bought a new Nissan Altima with previous damage and poor repair, that wasn't noticed until the paint started to peel and I saw the overspray. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

1998 Toyota Camry

I bought this car for my daughter, and I paid cash for the car. This dealership runs their business poorly. I was lied to when it came to acquiring my title. I live in a nearby state, but they told me they would register the car. They then told me they told me they did not like to register in my state. A refund was sent to me to register the car, even though they assured me this would be taken care of by them. It turned out that the contract was written up incorrectly and that's why they didn't register it. I called this dealership many times after I purchased this car. The salesman was no help at all, neither was the business office or the used car manager. It took almost 2 months to get this title. Remember I paid cash for this car. When I did call this dealership with concerns, most of the time they woud not call me back, or I was lied to. If I had been treated differently I would buy a new or used car from them again. Because of this, I will never step foot in this dealership again!. SALES SERVICE TERRIBLE! POORLY RUN DEALERSHIP! BUYER BEWARE!

2010 MAXIMA

My husband and I bought a 2010 Maxima with sport package. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and not the least bit pushing. Salesman was easy to work with and the finance person was great, didn't try to push any unnecessary things on us and even recommended using our credit union over Nissan . Would highly recommend this dealership.

As far as service gose there was none. From the second i walked in the door to the time I left they made me fill like I was not good enuff to be in there dealership. And I was ignored though out half of what i was saying, the man got on the phone in the middle of me talking to him. The worst thing about it all was there were 3 of them standing arownd the desk and not one of them ceared to help me out at all. I do not suggest anyone going to this car lot unless you look rich witch most ppl looking for a used car like my self will not.
