Eduardo and Blake made buying our used car an easy and great experience. They were friendly and helpful and everything was very straightforward. It was definitely the most pleasant car buying experience we have had. We very much appreciate how easy it was and how nice everyone involved was from the minute we arrived all the way through financing and signing the paperwork. I would definitely visit Parkway Family Mazda and Kia again when we need another car.

We had an excellent experience with Eduardo at Parkway Family Mazda! He went above and beyond to make it possible for us to buy our used truck today!! He looked for every possible way to make it a reality! He also brought the truck to our home along with all the paperwork!! That is wow service!! We definitely recommend Eduardo and Parkway Family Mazda to anybody looking for good sales and customer service. Thank you Paula for all the hard work you went through to get me the car that I wanted. You went beyond the call of duty and brought the car I picked out to my residence, then you brought all the paperwork to me for signing (whew! there is a lot!).After my car was detailed you would have brought the car to me; but i had my son take me so he could take a look at used vehicles. This is the first time I have every purchased a vehicle without my husband and you took very good care of me! Thanks again!!

Got a flat on the freeway and was losing air fast. Thankfully made it to this dealership hoping that someone would help me even though I own a completely different vehicle. I got out and Jacob was the one who stayed and helped me change the flat in no time! I was unbelievably grateful for him and his kindness! If I needed a new car, I would go back just because of him! Thank you again Jacob!

Paula Stevenson was a pleasure to do business with. She showed us the CX-5 and the CX-50 models. After test driving both models, Paula went over all the features of both models. Finally found my car

Paula was my sales person. I had been looking for 2 weeks and was fed up with con sales people. When I walked into Parkway Paula greeted me with such eagerness to help but not pushy. Her appearance was impeccable. Her demeanor was kind and willing to make my decision a good experience and she did and that’s why I bought a car at this dealership. I am very happy with my car and I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you Paula very much on an extra note everyone else that I came in contact with or extremely nice also

Purchasing a car is not one of my favorite activities. However, Ben Hall and the Parkway Team made it easier. Ben was personable, considerate of my wants/needs and patient. They took my loved, worn 2011 Mazda3 in a reasonable trade and agreed to make my new, low-miles 2019 Mazda3 hatchback Certified Pre-Owned. (Thanks!) Ben, Kallie and Jennifer in Finance made the car shopping and purchasing process easy and relatively pain free.

I called Parkway Kia, but was transferred to Ms. Daisy at the Mazda dealership. Even though I was looking for a Kia, she helped me and kept me posted on when the model I was looking for came in.
