I’ve purchased several Cadillac Escalades from Peacock Cadillac with the assistance of their General Manager Steve Hainline. Steve and Daniel Enriquez have always made us feel special at the dealership and frankly I would shop for a Cadillac nowhere else as there level of service and professionalism is unparalleled. I’ve always worked with helpful Service Advisors at Peacock Cadillac. Billie Collins, our current Advisor is not only professional but has raised the bar in meeting/beating our level of expectations regarding service. Cooking forward to experiencing the completed new dealership. However, Steve and his team have made the purchase of our new 2024 Escalade and subsequent service seemless despite the temporary and slightly disrupted facilities.

From my arrival to the date I picked up my repaired car, excellent service was provided. Everyone was outstanding at Tom Peacock. From the receptionist to the salesperson, Dan, the business manager Skeen, and their other salesperson Tiffany! I highly recommend them! The majority of my career was spent working with car dealerships as my clients in the US, Canada, and a couple of dealerships in England. I also worked for AutoNation in a district capacity as well so I have interfaced with many for more than 30 years This is a well run organization and their staff proves that in how they treat their customers. My neighbor purchased 2 cars through them in the past and was very happy with them. Our experience was amazing also!

Tom Peacock treat you like family! My experience and expectations was top notch. Hassle free and stress free! My salesperson TKeyah was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Great personality! Just the right amount of humor as well. She made my experience memorable and meaningful. My first time in a car dealership without my husband who passed away 5months after our first purchase at Tom Peacock. TKeyah was our sales person. So this purchase was sentimental to me. She’s the absolute best!
