Freeman is full of rockstars!

I spoke with both Rick and Edwin on the phone prior to coming in after having a negative experience at another dealership. When I arrived Edwin got right to work getting a value for my trade-in while I checked out the new Buick Encore GX Sport Touring! Everything moved quickly after that. There were no games or gimmicks, no back and forth. Edwin gives you honest and straightforward numbers from the beginning to save everyone’s time. Once we settled on numbers, I moved to Susan’s office. She is also a rockstar! She quickly found financing for me and got the paperwork finalized. The dealership was extremely busy due to end of year sales but not once did I feel unimportant or like my wait was too long. I also had to bring my young daughter along and everyone was so sweet and accommodating with her. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle all by myself and it couldn’t have gone better! My husband will be in the market for a truck before the year is over and we will definitely be back to Freeman!

Cody Wildman, sales associate, assisted me three years ago to purchase a 2014 Acadia so I asked for him again because he treated me professionally and I felt comfortable with him. I appreciate his help. After many purchases with Freeman it's my go-to dealer.

Rick Murray, of Freeman GMC sales department, was absolutely wonderful. He is THE main reason we decided to purchase/lease from Freeman. He had an assortment of vehicles for us to test drive and evaluate. We never felt pressured at all. He was patient, accommodating, etc. throughout the entire process. We had a great buying experience. Once we made our decision, Rick sat with us in the vehicle as we learned some of the features, set up our On Star, etc. He and Freeman GMC are exceptional.

No Hassle Purchase Experience

Online appointment scheduling doesn't work

The service dept was very quick and efficient with the actual work. Unfortunately, the appointment process was not. I made an online apt request on Tuesday in response to an email received from you. I received no response by Friday to confirm the appointment, and had to call the dealership to confirm. When I spoke with the service writer, he had received the request but had not sent any confirmation. This is the 3rd time I've tried to make an online appointment, and have not received responses or confirmations on any of them.

As usual Ray is great! He knows the issues with my car and helps me deal with them. One suggestion, add check battery cables to the normal maintenance check or even at oil changes. If the battery was located in the engine then someone would have seen the cables starting to corrode rather then being under the seat and no one checks. As a result the battery cables corrode and the car is rendered useless when the corrosion cuts the power from the battery.

Great job, please don't push unneeded services!

I needed scheduled service -- oil and filter, tire rotation, and cabin filter. Services were performed while I waited and my car was ready in less than 1.5 hours. Excellent! The one thing I didn't like was that the service writer recommended a front-end alignment and one other item that would have cost me almost $200! I wish your folks would not do that. He didn't push hard, and I had the sense to say "no", but I wish I didn't have to. A car with 22K miles should not need a wheel alignment -- that's why the manual doesn't call for one!
