Certified pre owned car was given to me with burnt out bulbs, no coolant, filthy air filters and fluids. My guess is that somebody put gas and a for sale sticker on it and I got it just as the previous owner left. I'm in the market for another car now but definitely won't be purchasing from BMW of Arlington.

Truly outstanding service!

I’ve been driving BMW’s for many years ( around 40 actually). I’ve been exposed to some dealership service departments that are just OK. One that wasn’t OK at all! ( they don’t exist any longer) And a few that were quite good but I have to say that the very best I’ve ever experienced is with the Service Department at BMW of Arlington, Texas! Headed up by their Service Director, Mr. Chuong Nguyen , this dealership’s Service is truly exceptional. It’s thorough and customer driven! Without a doubt the best dealership for service I’ve ever experienced!

BMW Repeated visits

I brought my car in and had to turn around and bring it back twice now within 3 miles of leaving the dealership because the same light is on “drivetrain malfunction”. Thus, they didn’t repair what they said they would and I am $8k in 2024 alone not to mention the near $5k from 2023. We still don’t have a resolution as my car was returned and I’m waiting. I have no confidence that a certified BMW technician looked at it and they’ve lose all credibility. It’s frustrating!

Inappropriate

I took my vehicle in to have its annual service on 4/5/24. A vehicle left to me by my deceased sister. I received two spam texts and one phone call from your sales department while my X3 was being serviced. Your sales team was certain that I could "rid myself from the grief" of maintenance and wear and tear on my 2018 X3. I am not impressed with your marketing tagets and practices. Not only did you insult the memory of my dead sister, you insulted your own engineers and assembly crew with your off the mark efforts to "get a sale under your belt" ...and by three different salesmen, no less. You need to tweek your "AI" to exclude me from your little game. I am not a statistic.

The service department never return phone calls! My service guy left but after going to the dealership I met a gentleman name Montoya I think. He stopped what he was doing and helped me, and gave good advice. So he’s stuck with me now!

Excellent Customer Service

Took my car for service Friday for a pretty decent service. Got a loaner and all took about 15-20 mins. Car was going to stay over the weekend due to parts on order, but my service advisor called other dealers to get parts and all was done same day. Had a minor hick-up and returned Monday morning and my service advisor took care of it and was in/out top 20 mins. Issues happen it all depends on how it gets resolved and I am very satisfied with everything.
