Great Online Sale

As soon as I expressed interest is a specific car, I was contacted by a salesperson. I was able to ask and get answers to questions by text and email. He provided me a video walkaround and photos of specific things I asked about. I was after a specific make model and year with a specific configuration. Once that was settled, the rest was easy. Since I live in Arizona, I arranged my own shipping and the salesman acted as the contact for the driver. The payment was made, the car was shipped, and I have a new car. It was great.

Worst experience

I’ve had the worst experience with this dealership. The lack of communication, Insincere, going back and forth, etc. I’ve had my vehicle in the service department twice now, once for 5 weeks and the next for 3 weeks and the issue it STILL not fixed. I would never recommend anyone to do business with Autonation

I brought my 2018 Ford Explorer in for its 80,000 miles maintenance service. It was very easy to make an appointment online. I arrived at 7:00 AM and was greeted by the service advisor, Amanda, who was very courteous and professional. Within an hour the car was ready and I was back on the road at 8:00 AM. Great service!!!

Mr Morrison scheduled a pick up and return of my vehicle, due to the health issues of my 94 year old wife. I did not have to hire a person sitter and make the trip to Auto Nation.
