Fantastic

I viewed the vehicle online, made an appt to test drive the vehicle. From the time I got there I was taken care of. Salesman T. G. Greer, III did an excellent job of walking me through the process, test driving the vehicle and showing me the features. The finance manger Remon Eissa was fast and very efficient. He even found me a better rate than I had with my bank. I was in and out in less than 2hrs.

It's the worse experience process that I have ever been through at a dealership. It took 5 hours just to get in the finance office. They do not stick to their word. They try to be sneaky. Keep your eyes and ears open. They will try to get you.

Hidden Smoke Damage

We bought a used minivan for our growing family advertised as-is no warranty in mid January, 2024. We started noticing a pungent odor about a week after purchase and it started getting worse and worse. I did a thorough deep cleaning and put baking soda in the carpet and let it sit for a day. As soon as I vacuumed it I could smell the cigarette smoke. I have 2 young kids and a baby on the way and Crest Honda masked the odor VERY well and did not disclose that this van had been smoked in. Typical pushy sales and they tried adding unessesary stuff to the sale price that is not needed but near impossible to negotiate out. I regret doing business with this dealer and will not return as I feel cheated. Cigarette smoke is disgusting, toxic, and poison! My family is now financially stuck with a smoke damaged vehicle and I will have to spend more money to hopefully get the toxins removed.

These two professionals (TG and Nick) provided a first class experience. TG went above and beyond, asking all the right questions with the goal of simply helping me out. He made a comment about he’s in the people business. And I 100% agree with that. He is there to help and be was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Nick (and TG) both stayed after hours helping finalize the deal. While tired and ready to be home, Nick had a friendly, light hearted humor that made the process enjoyable and personable. In summary - 10/10. TG and Nick are great to work with and I will certainly be back.

We had a great experience buying from the Crest Honda dealership here in Nashville. We worked with Fady Metry and he found us a great CR-V that we are very excited to drive. We were treated with patience and respect. We appreciated not feeling pushed into anything, they gave us a few days to think everything over and were very helpful and accommodating when we were ready to purchase. Lost Long Time Customer

My wife & I have purchased several Hondas from Crest Honda in the past, and always had a great experience. However, our most recent visit has been horrible enough to never go back. We went to Crest in search of a CR-V. They didn't have the color in stock that we wanted, but said that they're sister dealership in Chattanooga had one. They could have it by the next day. They required a $500 deposit, that the salesperson ensured me would be refundable if we decided to not do the deal (and believe me... I asked him several times to be sure). The next day came and went, and we heard nothing from them. When we contacted them to inquire on whether they had received our CR-V, they informed us that they were still "searching" for the vehicle they had previously told us they could have shipped immediately. We decided to go to another dealership & buy the vehicle there, but Crest Honda has so far refused to return our $500 refundable deposit that we made on a specific car that they could not get. We have been waiting for the return of the deposit for over a month. We finally filed a dispute with the credit card company. Our most recent experience may have been unique. And again.. we've had good experiences with them in the past. Crest quickly went from being our first choice to our last. I don't think I could ever see myself trusting them or giving them any business in the future.

I recently came into some misfortune and they helped me and such a way that I cannot forget my salesman Randall Bowman was a absolute pleasure to work with. You made this experience just as easy if not easier than my first purchase he even told me about new accessories features and options that I had with my vehicle.
