A 2:00pm appointment for an oil change and I didn’t get out of there till 4:45pm. I think that was entirely to long.

Bad truck great service team

Throughout my experience Ray was amazing to work with, both times my truck was in your care Ray was alway prompt and honest with me no matter how bad the news was. The service team went out of their way to help my experience be a little better. If it was not for this service team I would have zero faith in GM left in GM. Please note for the record the team at Baierl was amazing to work with, however GM corporate was miserable and misleading. The one and only issue I had with Baierl was seeing the pile of unorganized parts just thrown off of my truck. Tomorrow will determine if the pile of parts was properly put back together.

Worst customer service ever

My experience with purchasing the car was quite good. However like all car purchases it is the service that is the true test. I purchased a used Cadillac XT5 with 18,000 miles on it, of which I paid right around $43,000 counting the extended warranty. After I had the car a little less than 5 months I noticed the glue on the dashboard gave way that was holding down the leather and the leather began to buckle and bubble. I made an appointment with the dealership to have it looked at and repaired. When I took it in I also noticed the bubbling on the right passenger side on the dah was also bad which I just thought was because of the airbag was there. That was bad when I purchased the car which I had no idea until I looked at the other XT5's on the lot and the dash was perfectly flat. I was told that there was nothing they could do even tho the damage was there when I purchased the car. One of the service people told me to get in touch with Cadillac to see if they could do anything for me and to let them know. Another words they wanted me to do there work for them. So, I am now waiting on a response from Cadillac with absolutely no help from Baierl Chevrolet. If Cadillac does not do anything for me I will pursue legal action with a District Justice to get results. I will say this beware of the service at Baierl Chevrolet in Wexford. This is a outright disgrace.

Horrible experience

Purchased a 2014 van from Baierl Chevrolet with a 3 month warranty. During the 3 months I had a Service Stabilitrak light show up and 9 separate check engine lights. Wont cover the issue under warranty. Service doesn't know whats wrong with it. Service attempted to replace pins on the wiring harness and the van hasn't been right since. During the first 3 months an issue with the van caused it to run rough and smoke and stumble. Took it right into Baierl Chevrolet where they replaced pins on the wiring harness. Because of the smoke and misfires, the raw fuel damaged the catalytic converter that they want $2500 plus labor to replace. 4 months into it have new check engine lights and Baierl service wont fix it and don't know whats wrong. Salesman wont call us back either. Van is a total lemon. I bought from dealership rather than private party for the warranty and service, this dealership provides neither warranty nor service. Do not do business with Baierl Chevrolet.

David Ging, was an excellent sales person to work with. I stopped in on a Thursday evening and told him what I was interested in and he went over the model on the display floor. I said I would like to come back Friday or Saturday. He said that he would be there on Saturday. I said works better than Friday. He was so helpful and easy to discuss issues.

Pleasant experience

I used to get taken advantage of whenever I had my car serviced at other establishments.. (I'm a female senior, disabled, who knows nothing about cars.) Since I started dealing with Regina, I have been treated fairly and respectfully. Got detailing. Car was beautiful inside and out. Car is 12 years old, looks like new. Regina is a delight to deal with - friendly, helpful, caring and professional.
