I dropped my car off around 4:30 for my next day inspection. The guys were great. I got a call from urchin the hour with what was needed and recommended. I then had a text by 7:40 the next morning to say the car was ready. John was very responsive to my comments/questions via text. It was a great experience. What I didn’t like was how my car looked when I picked it up. I honestly don’t know what happened but my car looked worse than when I took it in. I expected my car to be washed. Not only was it not washed but it looked like someone drove it on the highway with snow, rain and salt all splashing up on it. I was very disappointed after the great service.

As always very good service. They forgot oil change but took me right in as soon as I mentioned it. Attendants very pleasant and friendly and polite. Front desk as well is a joy to be around. All hard working caring people. I did not have a long wait. As usual , very pleased with the whole apt. Thank you for a good caring company with great people working for you.

Power brake booster diagnosis

I took my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Lewis Jeep to get the brake booster checked as I was having to press very hard on the brakes on initial daytime start up. They are going to do the repair under extended warranty. Curtis in service was outstanding and very considerate in dealing with me. He didn’t even park my Jeep outside due to rain. I thank him for his kindness.

I was there for a recall notice which they took care of very fast, I also had a problem with what I thought was my fan on my car. The service writer Scott was very professional and very courteous, He explained it I couldn’t find anything wrong with the blower and help me check a car they had in stock they seem to be the same. I then left with my car drove around in the air conditioning the fan still didn’t seem like it was going very much call back talk to Scott again, He had me bring my Challenger back and they checked the Freon level and found out it was low. They recharged it and I was on my way not sure at this time if the problems is fixed but I know if I have more problems with it I can go back and see Scott and he will take care of it

Overcharged for mediocre work

Although I knew my vehicle needed some repairs, the cost was way out of line. I should have just declined service and gone elsewhere. Once I did get my vehicle back there was a bulb that didn't work. I know full well it worked when I dropped it off. The cost was not worth the quality of work I received. I'll stick to getting the parts and doing things myself or by an independent mechanic I trust. The person I dealt with while setting up my appointment and dropping off the vehicle was wonderful to work with. The experience otherwise was very disappointing.
