I bought my mother a Subaru Crosstreck from W&L Subaru. No hassle, no complaints, exactly zero drama. These guys have been at it a while and they know what they're doing. The owner / manager Andy Long was personally involved and engaged. They quickly found the vehicle we were looking for exactly as we wanted it and the whole deal took under 2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Why? 1) They really do make you feel like part of the family 2) They are a volume dealership and even though they are a bit off the beaten path, they can match or beat a lot of dealers pricing. 3) The staff is friendly and caring and truly understands the value of repeat business. Buy a couple of cars from these guys and you will understand the concept of a business that feels like a family. One of the techs at the dealership sat with my mother in the car for two hours and illustrated all the features. She took notes, it was so cute. 4) Dealership is in Northumberland and they definitely have the small town attitude although they are a big time dealership. If you want the best of both worlds. This is your dealership. 5) Love the new building, refreshing, great coffee, ample space, huge selection. I live in Wilkes-Barre and even though they're an hour away, I will go back to them time and time again. Definitely worth the trip. I read the other reviews and at least here on Edmunds have noted some problems but they're just a few. I'm guessing 99 out of 100 times this dealership will far exceed your expectations. If they don't they want to know about it.

Stay away! Horrible dealership!

Purchased a $24,000 used vehicle that was supposed to have been through shop and completely gone over. Got it home and in less than 24 hours was back with a list of things from power equipment, heated seats, radio, keyless entry and other issues that did not work. Had to clean the interior myself because a black film covered interior and windows were so streaked you couldn't see out. had to add anti freeze and washer fluid. Upon returning to dealership day after purchase I was told they were not going to fix anything that they could have sold this vehicle several more times since I bought it. Was treated horrible and will NEVER go back there to buy another vehicle. I have purchased over 35 vehicles in my life and have never been treated so horrible by any dealership. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Although I never stepped foot into W&L Subaru's dealership, Andrea from the Internet Sales group was great to work with! She was very friendly and answered my many questions quickly. It's so convenient to be able to "go car shopping" online when you do not have the time to make it to the dealership.

I had a great experience at w and l subaru. I have terrible credit and these guys had me driving a car off the lot after the first day of contacting them. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone. My wife now has a 2014 toyota rav4 that shes been wanting since highschool.

I recently bought a 2016 Forester from W&L Subaru. It was a pleasant, professional experience .. None of the usual back and forth haggling and high pressure sales pitch. The pricing was the best I could research in Northeast Pennsylvania. My sales person, (Becky Kline), was accommodating, professional and friendly. I highly recommend her, and the dealership.

I live in Northumberland and shopped at W&L Subaru on multiple occasions. Each time, whether looking at new or used cars, they wanted top dollar for their vehicles and would in most cases offer on half of the blue book value of my vehicle for a trade. I received a much better deal at Faulkener Subaru in Harrisburg, thus leased a car from them. I truly wanted to support the local business but the sales manager was unwilling to offer me a fair deal.

Purchased a 2012 Outback a few weeks ago. It was a great experience with Angela. She was very helpful in locating a car that met out needs and fit within our budget. The finance department provided exceptional service. Would go back to this dealership in a heart beat for my next car purchase.

We initially contacted W&L Subaru via their website and received a fast response. It was our first visit to their dealership and it turned out to be a nice surprise. The salesman (Ken) was very helpful. In fact, everyone at W&L seemed very friendly. We purchased a new Crosstrek and are very happy we chose W&L Subaru.

I bought a manual Subaru forrester in early December. The car is great, and buying the car at W and L was really simple. I priced out cars in a 3 hour radius of harrisburg, and they had the best price. When I called to ask for a test drive, I was told to come by whenever. The test driving and the purchasing was so low stress. It was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subi in central pa.
