Great Sales Experience

We had a very good experience purchasing our Toyota Cross at Sloan Toyota. We knew exactly what we wanted and they quickly searched other dealerships to find that car. The car they located had an accessory we did not want and they gave us a credit off the price for that accessory. After a poor experience at another dealership, this was a breath of fresh air. Bill the salesman and Chris the finance fellow were both great to work with. We have found our preferred Toyota dealership.

Mohamed was professional, courteous, and friendly. I do most of my own car work and I’m not a fan of dealerships or sales pitches, so new cars aren’t really my thing, but Mohamed did fine by me.

Sloane Toyota of Malvern is a class A organization! I bought my car there in 2005 and I have been getting service there ever since. They are very thorough in there 30-point routine inspections, identifying and determining what work needs to be done on your car to keep it running well ! I would highly recommend the Malvern location of Sloane Toyota!!!

Can't beat free lifetime state inspections

I bought me 4 Runner from Sloan and they offered free lifetime state inspections. I haven't taken it anywhere else since day one . Why pay for something that the dealer gives you for free.

Great to work with.. even miles apart

I live over 100 miles from this dealership and used car manager Steve S. was excellent and went above and beyond by assisting me by texts and phone calls. He even took the time to send me better pics of the truck I was interested in. After I made the decision to make an appointment time, he referred me to salesman Eric T. Eric was also excellent to work with. Handled the process with ease and got me out in a timely fashion. He even recommended some great choices for lunch since I did not know the area. As far as the dealership itself, very clean and staff was friendly. I would recommend this dealership and would make the drive again for future purchases.

Understood my concerns and informed me what was required. Appointment was scheduled and work performed quickly while I waited. Easy in and out. Also, Service Advisor Alex Kocsy spent a few extra minutes synchronizing Bluetooth and ensuring the coupons I presented were used.

These Folks Are Amazing! No, Really!

I worked with both Mohamed Sid and Joshua Whitby. Both were incredibly polite, very helpful, entirely clear on the process of purchasing a vehicle, transparent as regards options and associated costs, and interminably patient when dealing with the lender (on this last point, their patience and understanding can not be overstated.) Their professionalism, and, indeed, their necessary sense of humour as we undertook this process, are remarkable. I will highly recommend both to anyone seeking to buy.
