I can't say enough positive things about my buying experience at Keller Brothers Ford. They are a top notch says and customer service dealership! The sales team is awesome. The are honest, trustworthy and their level of integrity is second too none! Service is the exact same way. I have been dealing with their service department for years and won't go anywhere else. It is extremely rear to find a dealership that you can confidently walk into and feel completely comfortable that they won't take advantage of you. I highly recommend Rick Pontz in sales and the entire service team! Mike, the sales manager is also an awesome guy.

I've always appreciated the honesty and accountability of this dealership, but this visit was OVER the TOP!! It has been very difficult for me to find a way to leave my car for servicing. But they came TO my workplace, picked UP my car, serviced it, AND drove it BACK to me!!!! AND, they gave me a car wash to boot!!!! Julianna and Chris have always done an amazing job telling me ahead of time what to expect ahead of time too. I am forever sold out for this dealership!!!!

On Sunday, my car battery died. First thing Monday morning, called Keller Bros Ford, Lititz, PA, to ask how soon they could fit me in to check & replace the battery...they told me to bring it in right away -- they'd fit me in! I was in/out and back to work in no time. So thankful for their service!

Local home town dealer demonstrates why they have been in business since 1921. What a contrast from the assembly line approach of the “largest Ford dealer “ the next two over….no thank you! Best of all the recall service and SYNC System adjustment, training and two phone calls were all at no charge!

Brad went out of his way to make the sale. Mostly, he listened to us with regard to pricing, style and comfort. We bought the same kind of car we had previously bought at Keller Brothers but obviously updated. Because the car is new, there are many features that I have to learn that are completely different from my previous Escape. Brad has been very helpful thus far. More instructions to come.

We were very pleased with our shopping experience at Keller Bros. Ford in Lititz, PA. Our salesperson Brenna was excellent - very attentive and knowledgeable without being at all pushy or aggressive, which I greatly appreciated. I've walked out of dealerships when someone puts on the "hard sell". Communications with Brenna was prompt and clear, everything with loan processing went according to plan ... the finance fellow and dealership manager couldn't have been friendlier or more genuine. Just a really good experience and we are loving the car. I've been a Ford guy all my adult life. Had an Expedition for 16 years, have had my Mustang for 11 years, and just traded a 9-year old Explorer for my 2023 model. Just finished a 2200 mile trip to Florida and back - what a beautiful riding vehicle. Averaged 24 mpg down and back, despite traveling 81 through the mountains of Virginia and the Carolinas. The Eco-Boost I4 engine is no joke. Plenty of juice whenever I needed it.
