2009 Mercedes C300 Purchase

I recently purchased a 2009 Mercedes C300 from Johns and am very pleased with overall experience. My situation was not that easy to figure out but John and his team helped me during the entire process. I hope to have the Mercedes for many years to come.

Sold a lemon

My car stalled out was told it would be handled I prayed 600 bucks and when I spoke to someone was told you paid for it it's yours they do bad business there please stay away

2013 VW CC Purchase

I just purchased a 2013 VW CC from Johns Rt 13 Autos and was very happy with the overall experience. All the staff was very professional and accommodating. Originally went to the dealership to look at another vehicle but once I saw the VW I knew it was the right car for me. I will definitely recommend Johns Rt 13 Autos to anyone I know looking for a used car. Thank you for getting me into this car.

Terrifying and traumatizing experience

John, the actual owner, offered me 2k for my trade in. When I went in for the deal, he was now offering me 1k and increased the price of the vehicle I was to purchase by 1k. In essence, I was paying him 1k to take my vehicle. When I asked about the additional 1k, he stated that was an undisclosed bank fee he was obligated to charge me for getting me a great rate (12.7%). When he brought out the contract, he failed to separate this secret fee from the purchase price of the vehicle to which I contested since all fees must be legally disclosed. Additionally, the car I was going to buy had a wreck that he didnt disclose nor was it disclosed online when I found the car. When I asked for a fresh bill of sale so we can get a loan from a bank, he became irritable, disrespectful, and assaulted me. My family and I left the premises and he kept the title for my vehicle. When the police showed up in an attempt to retrieve my title, he suddenly didnt have it anymore. I am now having panic attacks and anxiety from this interaction. I literally have had nightmares and was unable to go to work. This man does not behave like a normal human being and has traumatized me and my family. I do not recommend anyone do business here. Additionally, once we left the premises, the owner himself threatened to call my job. I can only deduce that he wanted to get me I trouble, which is ridiculous at best.

Amazing Experience at John’s Route 13 Auto Sales!!!

My wife and I just purchased two used cars from John and staff. A 2010 Altima for my 16-year-old son, and a Wrangler swap for Daddy! From the moment we arrived, we were treated as long-time friends from the entire staff. The welcoming, customer-focused atmosphere that the staff emanates, starts at the top with John. He was awesome! John was informative, patient with us, and willing to compromise to ensure we were happy customers. John consistently went above and beyond to push for perfection. The two Mikes helped us the first night ensuring my son was treated with great care. Each time we came back, there was a new team member ready and willing to jump in and make us feel at home. Steve Seidner, our sales representative, was tremendous!! Very personable, incredibly caring, and laser-focused on ensuring my wife and I were happy. Steve went out of his way each time we arrived to say hello and ask about our family. Nick in Finance was an absolute wizard! What a super nice guy! I want to take him to every dealership in the area, so he can train them on how to run an efficient check-out process. We were in the finance step of buying both cars for 15 minutes! I challenge any dealer to beat that time! From our first visit to the last, John’s staff was unparalleled, and we have purchased many cars over the years. Even as we were pulling away, Dave ran up to the car to let us know he did some research for us and provided a website for us to buy some aftermarket Jeep lights. We arrived not knowing what to expect, we left making new friends, driving two great used cars at a very fair price, and most importantly, we left feeling like family! John, Steve, Bill, Jeff, Dave, Mike, Mike, Nick and anyone else I left out that we engaged with while at John’s Route 13 Auto Sales – keep up the great work! I am from New York and this dealership is almost 2 hours from where I live. I had made at least four call to the dealership on the days leading up to my visit and every time I was treated with total respect and Steve was probably the most courteous and helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. I was apprehensive about making such a long journey to purchase a vehicle but Steve made me feel comfortable in doing this. Am I glad I did! Not only was the vehicle exactly what I was looking for, they got me a better rate than my credit union. Thanks again guys!
