First let me say that I'm from out of state and our F350 needed an oil change. Out of trying to get service at two other Ford dealerships to no avail, I called LB Smith Ford and they said bring it in and we'll get it done. In less than two hours I got "The Works" completed. All the service writers were great helping other customers including Anthony who helped me.
