Excellent service

My wife and I, would like to thank Arthur and the finance staff for making our car shopping experience e pleasant. When we went to see the car, it was pristine (interior, exterior, engine & undercarriage). Arthur even added some very tasteful Frank Sinatra to the background. The temperature of the care was spot on too. He guided us around town. While I was driving, he explained every feature of the car. All of this with great humor and warm. When the initial paperwork began, he went above and beyond explaining all of our options. When the number papers came, everything looked like we expected. We never felt any pressure. There was not a single surprise with the numbers. I cannot put into words how important this was to us. Financial went super deep with all the options available. All of this while keeping the balance of making sure we understood the benefits, and avoiding pressure. After picking our options and filling the final paperwork, we were very pleased with our deal. I highly recommend Toyota of Glenside everybody. We drove two hours to get there, and would certainly drive even longer if we had to. Make sure to ask for Arthur!

I had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past with the new Rav4 Hybrid 2022. I met Rob Fox, an excellent salesperson and he helped me to build the factory order. He kept me posted when the status of my order is updated. He had Rav4 Hybrid similar to the one I ordered. I went ahead to purchase it with Rob's help. He went the extra mile such as removing my old plate tag, showing me the wheel lock for tires, etc. My experience was the best. I would recommend all my family and friends to Rob at your dealership

First of all I liked that I was called to schedule an appointment because my service was due. It made me feel like they actually care and I’m not just a number to them. Also the service itself was fast and they let me know of anything my car needed with pressuring me to do it, simply gave me their best advice. The wait area is awesome and it really was just an all round great experience as it always is.

They made it so easy

It helps when you get service that looks out for you. And will fix your car with the same parts that the car was made with..! Free ride home if your local, and they are clean, your car is clean like it was when you got it. I have been using them from 2007 tell today, and They have only got better. All Dealers are not the same. This one, so far so good..!

I am truly impressed by Sloan, their COVID following was second to none. The people you dealt with did everything to make me feel comfortable, and were all courteous and knowledgeable. Nice, easy going. I did not feel like I was being pressured, fast talked or harassed in to purchasing my vehicle. Also, I had 2 "active" young kids with me and the staff was very patient and accommodating with them- offering coloring books and crayons, pizza and toys to keep them occupied during the process.
