My sales person, Anthony, was very patient and knowledgeable about my BMW X3. He took his time with explaining everything I needed to know about my vehicle, and answered all of my questions clearly. The entire process was much quicker than I expected it to be, and a lot more pleasant than I’ve had at other dealers. He is the consummate professional: smart, trustworthy (rare these days) passionate about his work, and always works hard to listen, answer questions, and ultimately ensure that our BMWs are properly serviced. Awful customer service

Service advisor does not return calls/emails. I wanted to use a coupon that was mailed to my house and he gave me a hard time about it. Trying to get it resolved but service advisor Richard does not respond to messages. Awful customer service. I spent $2,000 on repairs and now they won’t return calls.

Service with a smile

Davante is an awesome sales person. He treated me and my husband with respect. He didn’t pressure me to make my purchased. What he did do was professionally list all the great features that the car had and then explained the benefits of buying my vehicle. He answered our questions without appearing annoyed. I suggest anyone looking for a high end car go and see him. A great personality goes along way!

It was a very smooth transaction overall. Drew was easy to talk to and deal with. He really knows the BMW brand and speaks with enthusiasm about the cars. Very pleased working with this dealership. Right from my first interaction through their web portal, Alex, the internet sales representative, guided me through every steps towards the first test drive of my EV, keeping me updated on the inventory, providing me the contacts for Brian D. Brian D was phenomenal in his every effort to make this a memorable experience for me. He showed all the available options and drew out an offer which I could not turn down. Actual deal was very technology driven - all digital. I just got one piece of paper - rest all were emailed. The car was nicely kept, clean and charged up for me. Support folks explained and clarified all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great car, easy going salesman

Overall, I had a good experience. The used car I purchased was in good shape, and the salesman and staff were friendly and helpful. In particular - I had been searching for a car for months and Jamie, the Internet Sales Manager, did a nice job of communicating with me from time to time to see how my search was going. His interaction is what reminded me to re-check Devon's inventory which led me to find the car I ultimately bought. Here are some things that could have made my experience better: - After the salesman and I agreed on price, I had a long wait, over an hour (closer to two hours), to be seen by the finance guy to complete paperwork. I would have preferred to go home and come back since I live close by, and the delay was never properly explained to me. - There were a couple of little things I asked about regarding the vehicle, and I got some lip service but ultimately I don't feel like they cared since they were getting the sale (deep cleaning chrome spots on the window frame, full-screen Carplay coding, removing unnecessary front license holder). Even offering to put a BMW plate on the front until I could take care of it myself would have been a nice touch, but that did not happen. I don't understand why BMW won't allow Carplay to take the entire screen if desired - it should be a user option! - The original financial write-up had the wrong price of the car. It had been lowered on the website. At best, that's an in-house communication problem. So make sure you're paying the correct latest/lowest price that's advertised! The remaining gripes are general BMW issues: - For some reason, most used BMW cars I see for sale are either black, white, or gray. I don't understand why there aren't more colors for sale - are fleets only buying black/white/gray? Those are boring and black and white are hard to keep looking clean. - Shame on BMW for stopping manual transmission on its base 3&4 series. I MISS MY STICK SHIFT ALREADY! :-) - BMW run-flat tires are loud and too expensive to replace. Not a fan. I would far prefer a spare tire and jack hardware.

On my way to visit my son in college for parents weekend i noticed a bubble and tear on my tire. I called two other BMW dealerships who wanted me drop it off and they would get to the repair at some point. After getting off the phone I checked for a dealership near my work on route to my son’s college. It was BMW of Devon. They took my car right away and i was back on the road in 45 minutes. They were very gracious and professional. The best service I have at any dealership!!!
