Moon Township Ford

I bought a new 2017 mustang from moon twp ford. Since i live in this area and don't have a garage i purchased rustproofing and undercoating A few days after getting my car back i decided to check out their work. I crawled under it first to check the undercoating. There was absolutely ZERO undercoat applied under the car, NOTHING. Thet were kind enough to spray inside of at least 1 wheel well. I know this because they painted my lower fender with it. About the size of a dollar bill. They must not have seen this giant spot so they gave it back this way. The rustproofing was a little better? They sprayed it under my hood to the top of the fenders. Right over top of everything in there. What a mess, you couldn't put your hands down without being covered with goo. The only other place they rustproofed was the door hinges? Really? That was it for rustproofing. Nowhere else on the car was done. NOWHERE ELSE. As i slowly steamed about what they tried to get away with i looked the car over and found a paint chip above the back wheel.The moulding around the quarter window was all scuffed up alond with the plastic moulding holding the mirror on the door. There was also paint chipped/missing on the inner door lip. It looked like they pried the door panel off with a screwdriver. Why? They didn't spray anything in there. After what seemed like a grueling 2 month shopping spree where my daughter and I dealt with at least 6 different dealerships, horrible salesman, and bad service, we made the decision to travel further from home (almost and hour) and visit Moon Twp. Ford. What a relief! My daughter was a first-time buyer and was very discouraged at times, but when we walked thru the door at Moon we found a wonderful salesman who treated us like dear friends. He looked us in the eyes, offered truthful figures, and did everything he could to get my daughter the car she wanted. She came in there wanting to buy a specific car, which had left the lot just an hour or so prior to our arrival... to be taken to auction... to make room on their lot for newer vehicles. Wow, she was so disappointed. But this salesman told her he would see about getting it back for her. AMAZING! And he did it. He saved her 2016 Ford Focus from the auction, and she was able to purchase the car she had her heart set on! Neither of us had experienced such a helpful, caring, and truthful salesman like him in all of our shopping experience. After the purchase he agreed to be in photos with her, he sat for a long time in the vehicle to explain how every feature worked, answered her questions, and made sure she was comfortable with all aspects of the car before sending her on her way. He made the entire experience a joy for my daughter and I can't say enough about the salesman's ability to build a great relationship with his customers right from the start. So if you are looking to buy and you want a fantastic experience, visit Moon twp ford and ask for Chris! He really cares about what you care about. Thank you Chris!

This dealership refuses to do trades. Ok, however they also refuse to return phone calls. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. At least have the decency to return a phone call and decline the trade. This shows how unimportant their customers truly are to them.

This is about the 7th vehicle I had purchased off of moon ford and I go back there because they treat me and my wife like family. I will keep going back there. We have another ford dealer in burgettstown within walking distance of where we live and we rather go to moon ford because of how we are treated.

I recently just purchased a 2016 ford escape. From the moment I walked in to the Moon ford dealership, I felt very welcomed by all of the staff. Mike Vaim was my salesman and he was absolutely the best I have encountered!!! Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles, he didn't make me feel pressured to buy a vehicle right then and there. Which was very important to me. He walked me through the entire process with the best attitude!!! I would recommend the Moon dealership to anyone I know!!! And I would tell them to go see Mike Vaim!!!

I bought a 2016 ford escape titanium. We met "Z" at Clearview during their big car sale, and from there he was nothing but helpful. Z is by far the best salesperson I had experienced. He too the time to ask me what I wanted in a car and tried to fi d the best car for me instead of trying to sell the most expensive car.

The sales department was very helpful. The finance woman was very good as well, but, there was only 1 of her and there were several people buying cars on Saturday. We are waiting to get the car back from the detail shop and service and thus, I can't comment on them.

I was looking to trade in my current car on a Titanium level Focus. I found a good looking 2013 Focus online at Falconi's Ford in Moon Township and called to schedule a time to see it. I made the call on a Wednesday and got an appointment for 2:30 that Saturday. Friday night I got a call from my sales person (Bryan) who said that apparently someone else had made an appointment for 10:30 on the same day. He asked if I could come in sooner than my originally scheduled time, so my girlfriend and I drove about 15 miles out of our way at 530 on a Friday night to see the car. When we arrived, we were originally told they couldn’t locate the keys. About ten minutes after that we were told they did not have the car. It had apparently been sent for detailing and would not be back until Monday. So we drove well out of our way on short notice to see a car that was not actually available for viewing. Bryan was very apologetic (he seemed legitimately mortified) and said he would call me on Saturday to set up a new time for Monday. Bryan called first thing Saturday morning saying everything had been worked out and the car actually would be available for me to see at my originally scheduled time of 2:30. When we arrived, we noticed right away that the car had a dent in the passenger side rear door and fender as well as a section of bare metal showing on the fender. The passenger side rear wheel had a good bit of cosmetic damage and the tire itself had a large chunk taken out of it. Bryan was again mortified (the car had a clean carfax and there was no such damage visible in the online photos) and said the detailer must have dinged it. We drove it anyway only to find out that it was also severely out of alignment in the direction of the external damage. I liked everything else about the car and Bryan said they would repair whatever needed repaired so we tried to make a deal and that’s where the experience really went bad. After I made my first offer, the used car sales manager Curtiss came back to Bryan’s desk and lectured me on everything from how he “uses software” to price a car, to the basics of the “modern car buying process”. He came off surprisingly aggressive and spoke over/interrupted me almost every time I tried to speak. The last straw being when he said that my front tires (which had just passed inspection) were so bad “he would never let ANY of his loved ones drive on them”. He did not appear to be the slightest bit contrite about the fact that he was trying to sell me a car that had disappeared the night before and come back damaged the next day. He was in fact very defensive about it; saying that HE had sent the car to detailing and that he “didn’t have to tell anyone anything” whenever he sent a car to detailing or to the auction. The fact that he had hung two of his salesmen out to dry in doing so did not seem to even occur to him. So after getting a run-around on Friday night followed by showing up to a damaged car Saturday and dealing with a surprisingly rude sales manager, I decided to walk on the deal. The saddest part is that I could see that Curtis had a deal I would have taken written down on the sheet of paper he was carrying. We could have done business but he was so busy explaining everything he couldn’t do, that he never really got around to explaining what he could do. He even admitted that his guys had damaged the car, but did not seem to feel like that should have any bearing on the negotiations. This was my first experience at a Falconi dealership and based on this, it will not only be my last, but it has turned me off of looking at Ford in general. While our sales person (Bryan) seemed completely horrified at how things had gone, I would not recommend this dealership. As of the end of the day today, that same damaged car is still on their website and there is no mention of any of the new defects.

After searching for 3 months online, we finally found the ideal vehicle for our family at Moon Township Ford and even though it was over 900 miles away, Internet Sales Manager Brandon and his GSM made it well worth the travel time and expenses for my hushand to make the trip from Maine over Easter weekend. Within 48 hours of finding the Chevy Traverse online, my husband was signing the paperwork in PA and we could not have been more pleased with the entire transaction. They were extremely responsive, accommodating and personable and the vehicle was exactly as described. Thank you Moon Township Ford. Highly recommended dealership!!
