Salesman: Bobby Lee Manager: Pete Maxwell. Negotiated with Bobby Lee via phone a sale price of 35k out-the-door/taxes/tags included. Bobby said have to speak with Manager, does so, returns and says we have a deal, when can you coming in? Informed Bobby, my wife will have to test ride as vehicle for her and should be in today or the next day. Did not make it in that day. Following day, Bobby calls to find out when we are coming in? Called him back and said will try today. On the day after negotiating sale price, Bobby asks how much financing and down payment information. Informed, 10k down finance 25k. Asked Bobby for invoice on price break down, said okay no problem. Later that evening, wife arrives to test drive, afterwards sitting on Bobby's desk sees invoice with selling price of 45k for vehicle with 10k down, financing 35k. Wife informs Bobby, husband said 35k OTD price, why 45k selling price????? Bobby said, oh No, you are financing 35k with 10k down. HUH, where did that price come from???? I spoke to Bobby Lee the day after the negotiated price of 35k OTD about financing and down payment information...the day after and now he reneges on the deal. Bobby Lee and Pete Maxwell said if you can provide the "code rebates" they will honor the 35k price tag??? "Code rebates?" what "code rebates?" What about code of ethics, code of honor, code of not being deceitful with bait and switch sales practices. Should have known, as never received price break down as requested. Bobby Lee kept texting and calling to find out when we would arrive to the dealership. BE FOREWARNED-DECEITFUL SALES TACTICS-BAIT & SWITCH.

Tried to trade in our car for a CPO. One salesperson promised to get back to us with a quote and never called back. A week later, we went in for a visit and made an offer on an RDX but couldn't get to an agreed price before having to leave for another appointment. They said they would follow up but didn't. I made a higher offer via email, thinking we must be too far apart, they said they would get back to us that day, but now it's 2 days later, and radio silence. No counter-offer, no feedback on our offer, nothing.

Kevin Lee is a fantastic salesman that Acura employs at Piazza Ardmore. He makes a great impression and is by far the best dressed salesman. He took care of both my wife, Masako Hamada, and myself recently when we purchased two new 2018 RDX's and traded in two cars. Kevin was absolutely terrific and complete in every sense of the word from beginning to end. I recently completed a survey on-line and made a few mistakes in completing the survey one of which was the owner's manual which Kevin did give to me and even put it in the glove compartment for me. I made a mistake in the survey and marked down that I did not receive the owner's manual when in fact I did. Hopefully, this does not reflect on Kevin. He also sold a 2014 RDX to my wife four years ago, and she and I were so impressed with Kevin back then as well. Burt Viscusi

I absolutely love this place! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not just because Acura makes great cars but also because of Jamie Difelo who always took care of me. I been dealing with Jamie for 10+ years from when he was in sales and now as a manager. This time I got to work with Adam Bertles and I couldn't have been more happier. Adam was patient and understanding about what we wanted and he made it happen. Two thumbs up for Adam. So, I got to go home with a brand new 2017 ILX tthanks to them.

I visited this dealership at least 3 times within one month searching for a new car. On my 3rd visit I was introduced to Adam Bertles whom is a awesome Sales Consultant. At that visit I knew that I would be going home with a car. Piazza Acura of Ardmore has been wonderful to me every time I visit. From sales, to management, to finance and maintenance, I never receive anything less than a wonderful experience, always exceeding my expectations! I have leased my last two cars with them, and they are always helpful and accommodating, making sure that I do not leave their dealership until I am %100 satisfied! The team are all very knowledgeable about their cars as well. I used to be a Honda lover, but now I am Acura for life!

I just purchased a 2017 ILX! It is such a beautiful car. What I love about Acura is that this base model comes with all the great features that I am used to in a vehicle: heated seats, keyless entry, sunroof, backup camera, and more! But what I LOVE most about Acura is their customer service. John Jalilian has the patience of an angel :-). He was very accommodating to me and my father and closed the deal! We told him what we had, and he made magic happen. But not without the final blessing of his manager Jamie DiFebo. Jamie made everything happen behind the scenes and made sure to come out and congratulate me on the new purchase. This was mere teamwork, the epitome of collaboration. I will be recommending everyone I know to this Acura dealership. No funny business, just great business and best in class customer care. Thank you Acura for my brand new ride! I'll see you again soon, and will send friends in the interim :-).

Great Experience with recent MDX purchase

My husband and I purchased a new Acura MDX and we couldn't have had a better experience. Our sales person John J provided us detailed information about the vechicle and special lease offers. Throughout the sale he was patient with us as we made our decision and was not pushy. Steve the sales manager worked with us in a friendly manner to get the price within a comfortable range for our family budget. The best part is we walked into the dealership at 5:40pm and walked out with 8:40 pm with a new car. Thanks to everyone at Ardmore Acura for making this car buying experience so pleasant!

I have now purchased two Acura TLs and recently a 2016 RDX AWD ADV from Piazza of Ardmore. I have also had the TLs serviced there since 2005 (however, they are highly reliable so they don't see them often). The sales team has always been first rate. Most recently I worked with Deneen Strickler who was outstanding. Frankly, we were only there to look at colors for the RDX, but Deneen ended up selling my wife on the RDX so we walked out trading our Highlander for the RDX. Deneen knew the product well, sat with my wife and programed her iPhone to the RDX and went through every screen view on the car explaining its function. No one has ever taken that much time with us especially after we signed the paperwork. She did team up with my wife, so I took some abuse but it was worth it. Thank Deneen! You get at A+ for customer satisfaction. On a side note, the Business Manager (Scott) who I have dealt with before is extremely fair and very honest. He knew what I wanted and did not spend an hour trying to sell me services that I did not want. I highly recommend Piazza of Ardmore!

Did some background work prior to contacting the dealer. Emailed their sales team in morning at 9 am with some details. they provided pricing back immediately. I offered to come down at lunch time, drove home with the car at 2:30. Very professional staff and management and easy to work with. was one of the finest car buying experiences I have had recently.
