unprofessional staff

This place claims to be a "no bull" dealership, but ther was a lot of bull. The staff is very unprofessional, and have very poor product knowledge. I tell them I don't want steel wheels with covers, and ask if the car comes with alloy wheels, without hesitation they say, "yes." I ask if I can get my car with a roof rack, they write up paper to order one and have me sign it. When I go to pick up the car, there was no rack. I ask about it, they say there isn't one. They could have at least called to let me know before I came out with my family in tow. They tell me Yakima has a partnership with them and they can put on on for me. They could not. They don't even make a rack for my car. After waiting to hear back from Yakima, I call to speak to a manager about it, and all they can do is offer to buy my car back as a used car. they did tell me about another place that can put one on for me, but it will cost nearly $1000 and I thought it was going to cost $250. I ask if there is any way they can help out with the extra cost, they say they will call me back in two days. They never did, I tried to call to find out a 4 days later, I leave a message, still no call back. I send an email to the general manager, no response. The salesman calls back for a regular check in, apparently totally unaware of my other interactions with managers, promises to call me back the next day with a solution, he never calls back. I mean, if you can't help me, just say so. Nope these guys just ghosted me. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you do business with these guys make sure you are getting the car you want, because they apparently don't even know what they are selling you.

Plenty of bull here

Shopped here twice. Found a better deal somewhere else the first time. Couldn't purchase a vehicle without mandatory purchase of a warranty the second time, so didn't buy then either. They also offer under Blue Book for a vehicle and then say they "can't negotiate ". Definitely a lot of bull at this dealership.

Great Dealership

I had a wonderful experience at Wilsonville Toyota from my first phone call until I drove my new car off the lot. Everyone there was very friendly, very helpful, and worked hard to make the process as smooth as they could. My customer Advocate, Sean Day was very easy going, knowledgeable, and professional about it all. The title makes perfect sense. I really didn’t feel like someone was trying to sell me a car, it was more like they were my advocate helping guide me to my decisions, not theirs. These are they type of people you form partnerships with for all your cars. I will definitely use them again and send all my friends and family there too.

I took my RAV4 into the dealership for a 15,000 mile service today. Chairs were 6 feet apart per Covid recommendations and everyone was wearing masks so I felt pretty safe in the waiting room. One of the employees came and wiped down all the surfaces during the hour I was there. The lady that signed me in and out was super nice and friendly. Im always happy with the service including the fact that they never dirty the interior of my car. The work was finished well inside the timeframe they gave me.

Everything went great except for a couple minor items. Only reasons I didn't leave 5 stars were: 1.) Forgot to reset my maintenance light 2.) Didn't fill out and stamp my maintenance book.

A good used car buying experience

I purchased a used vehicle at Wilsonville Toyota yesterday. Zach was personable, patient, and helpful. He was able to answer all questions and concerns I had, which was important to me- I've never bought from a dealership, and was about to spend 9x more than I'd ever spent on a vehicle before. The service plan offered for my used, non certified vehicle was robust and seemed fairly priced, and they were very up front about what is and is not covered. The detailers employed there did a fantastic job as well. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience and appreciate Zach's assistance.

I normally dread the car buying experience, but Wilsonville Toyota was incredible. I worked with Austin and never once felt pressured to buy or scammed when discussing prices. He was patient, kind and extremely professional. He answers all my questions, showed me multiple vehicles and worked hard to get me the monthly payments I could afford. He wa exceptional!!

They have earned my trust. I am a fan of Wilsonville Toyota. It is the only place I take my two Toyota vehicles. They always complete the work in a timely manner, are a pleasure to deal with, and I will bring my vehicles back to them next time.

I went in as a new buyer. I was unexperience in the world of buying a car. I had an idea of what I wanted, but not sure if any of my options where even possible to achieve. But the salesperson I worked with "Zackary" was amazing! I worked with just him the whole time. He helped walk me through all my options, and reccomend me what he thinks would work best for me and my situation. He answered all my questions clearly and nicely. I never felt like I was being swindled, or being confused. I left with a nice new car, and a big smile on my face! I never thought I would be able to afford a new car, but they amde it possible. I'm very happy that I got my new car there!

Have been on a search for a new car for a few weeks. I actually had four other appointments scheduled at other dealerships but my salesman (Tyson), was so personable, honest and transparent - he immediately found the best way to get my dream car in my price range, that through his service I cancelled all my other appointments as I felt heard and protected through this dealership. Will be recommending this place to anyone who needs a car even though it’s a little under two hours away from where I live, it’s worth it and will be coming back here each time. Happy customer, happy human. Thankful for everything they provided. GO TYSON YOU ROCK!!

I have never been at Wilsonville Toyota, I was greeted by Michael and I told him that I wanted a oil change I had recently purchased the truck. Michael told me that the truck was serviced by them 2 months prior and there was no need for a oil change at this time. He proceeded that he would happy to do a safety check and rotate the tires for free. Michael did not have to say anything about the oil change he saved me $90.00 on the first visit that was out standing service. I will be back, Thank You Michael
