The entire experience from the very first conversation to the final handshake upon departure was excellent. I have had very good and very bad experiences, this is one of my top experiences of all time. I purchased a 2017 Prius v for my parents yesterday, they love the car. The dealership was courteous, respectful, honest and transparent, and thoughtful in each interaction. My next car may be a Toyota just because I had such a good experiences with this dealership. Exceeding my expectations

Just purchased my third car from Wilsonville Toyota, and they once again went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Even knowing how good the experience could be, they still surprised me! We knew basically what we were looking for, but I didn't see it on the Wilsonville Toyota website. I expected the dealership to locate one for me, and I thought that because of the weekend, etc. I might be able to get the car within a day or two. Well, to my surprise, from the first phone call to Joey Ferranti to the time we were taking delivery of our new 2015 Prius was just over 7 1/2 hours. And this was on a Sunday! I'm sure this pace isn't typical, but I'm impressed that the whole dealership made the extra effort to make it happen for us. Call Joey Ferranti, and prepare yourself for a buying experience that will leave you feeling like a VIP. His knowledge of vehicles extends beyond specifications and statistics, and really considers other application factors such as how much you'll be driving the car, the type of driving you'll be doing most of the time, and how long you plan to keep the car/pay for it/etc. He is a true professional on many levels, and you'll quickly see that his main priority is to help you find the right car. As I said before, Wilsonville Toyota exceeded my expectations, and for this reason, I'm sure to be back for a 4th car from them one day.

Terrible experience with rental car

I had a terrible experience with having to wait an hour and a half for the enterprise to come get me at wilsonville toyota today. I took my brand new car in for environmental protection to be applied and was to be given a rental car for the day. After waiting 1.5 hours Toyota drove my 4 yr old and I to the rental car place. They assured me that a car would be waiting. Well after the toyota rep left they informed me that they actually didnt have a car for me. About 5 minutes later, a rental car rep informed me that i could take a super dirty car he had just brought in or i could wait another hour for them to clean it. We took the dirty car because we were done with waiting. It was disgusting! Toyota did apologize for this issue, however said there was really nothing they could do. Ugh! Thank goodness, around 3:30, enterprise tried to make the situation right by replacing their disgusting car. Even with that said, im extremely frustrated with the dealership because my appointment has been set up since last week.....:(

I found Wilsonville Toyota to be friendly and respectful, and there was no haggling on price. The salesman was also the one who did the financial paperwork, and he delivered my car. As a woman shopping by myself, I did not feel intimidated at all by the buying process as has happened before at other dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership!

Wonderful Experience!!

We bought our second vehicle from the Toyota Dealership in Wilsonville. 7 years ago I would have told you to stay away. But they really turned around. I like you get to be with the same person the whole time. The price on the vehicle is the price. So if you want to try to get a better price go somewhere else. There is no hassle. You are given a price on your trade in they tell you why. Not this haggling so you can get more. They gave us a fair price on our trade in. A little over a year ago we bought a car from Rochelle she was great. We went back when we were ready to get our pick up. And bought from her again! Love bot my Toyotas I wont buy anything else or from anywhere else again! Both vehicles where washed and the fueled tanks full. That doesn't happen anywhere else anymore! We weren't pressured. It was super fast. Easy to work with! Super friendly people! Rochelle is AWESOME! WE talked to a guy named Chris over the phone this time. Asked if we would like Rochelle again, Made an appointment to bring in our trade and look at a Tacoma. They also do free oil changes for up to 25,000 miles, a Toyota thing.. So all the dealerships should do this... They have a great waiting room or you can have them take you somewhere! Always friendly always clean when I take my car.

Not a fun experience

On June 20th I gave Wilsonville Toyota a $1000 deposit for a 2014 Toyota Highlander. These cars are in high demand, and they told me they had one coming in early in July, and by giving them the deposit it would guarantee I would get the car. I told them I was leaving town on a business trip, but would be back on July 4th. On July 1 I got a text saying the car was in. I texted back to say I would be in on the 5th to pick it up. I had a buyer for my Honda Pilot so I called my wife to tell her to go ahead and sell the Pilot, and the new car was ready. She sold the car on July 2. I then got a text on July 3 saying oops it really wasn't your car, this despite the fact I had an invoice with the VIN. I had 4 calls on the 5th of July from Boyce M. Every time his story was just a bit different so I knew something was up. On the 4th call he finally said, well you don't believe me so I'm just going to run a $1000 credit on your AMEX. So now here I was my car was sold, and the car I had put a deposit on was no longer mine. Through Toyota I received a document called "Dealer Daily" What that document showed was that my Highlander with my VIN was delivered there on June 30 and was sold to someone else on June 30. Mr. M. spun a story so different from this it is pathetic.I did find a similar car on the other side of town, but the fact of the matter was that Wilsonville Toyota kept my $1000 for three weeks, lied to me what happened to my car, and then tried to make me seem like the bad guy. So I took all of this info and wrote an email to Dave J. He's the "No Bull" you see on their TV ads. A few minutes after sending off the email, I received a phone call from Ron O., who identified himself as Vehicle Operations Director. He was very apologetic, and admitted that yes indeed they did sell my car to someone else. I told him I wanted to know if Mr. M. was a "lone wolf" or was it the corporate culture at Wilsonville Toyota to treat customers this way. He assured me that we would share the email with the boss and get back to me as to why this happened. A week later still no response, so I emailed Mr. O. He said Mr. J. had been out of the office, but he was going to sit down with him the next day to discuss it. Now three weeks later, still nothing. All of the above are facts that I have backed up with hard copies, phone records, emails and texts. What follows now is just my speculation. Since this car was sold to someone else on June 30th, my gut tells me it's the end of the month and Mr. M. needs to "bump" up his numbers..he decides to sell my car to someone else, and that he would deal with me later. As for why Mr. J. has not gotten back to me I speculate he's too busy making "No Bull" TV ads. Be very wary if you decide to buy a car at this dealership

In FJ Heaven, thanks to Jenn!

I am still doing the Toyota dance and have Jenn to thank 100%. No joke. The stereotype of 'car sales men' trapping you in a sweat box, and having to fight for your life to get a 'deal', was no where near our experience with Jenn. This place was no bull. From beginning to end. Jenn was gifted, skilled, and intuitive with what I was seeking, and lead me in directions that helped clear my perspective. Her questions ended up leading me to the truck that was meant for me. I saw the Voodoo Blue FJ, and knew immediately this was my truck. She knew too! It was perfect, she supported the completion of the deal in no time flat, was clear, kind, concise and extremely genuine. I found myself wondering if this was really going to continue being so smooth. It was! We drove out in our perfect new addition! Smiling! Ron even showed me a video of an FJ in action, and his excitement for FJ's increased the thrill of actually taking this truck home. It was really a perfect experience, all the way around. Coffee, space to breathe and think clearly, no harsh pressure or rush, Jenn was patient and maintained her professionalism above and beyond. I have purchased cars before where I felt that I couldn't get what I 'really' wanted, and this transaction ended in precisely what I wanted. They have maintained contact, and informed us that they would continue to pursue supporting our needs. It's funny, because my husband and I were so thrilled with the positive experience, that we were talking about going back and getting another FJ. Awesome! Honest. Helpful. No Bull. Jenn, thank you so much!!!! Our friends and family are pretty stoked too! And Ron, thanks for the personal stories and videos!!!!

Downsizing made fun!

Greg made downsizing fun! I absolutely loved my 2012 Highlander but because of life changes it was more than I needed. Greg helped me think outside the box and who would have thunk it, but I drove away in a 2014 Prius V. It's been only 5 days and I love it! Give me another month for me to see my gas bill and I bet I'll love it more. Greg was a pleasure to work with, he listened to my needs/wants and the process was super easy. Thanks!

Wilsonville Toyota Sales do not know how to call back

Several years ago we bought 2 cars (a tundra and a highlander) from Wilsonville Toyota. The experience was great, and so when we wanted to buy a new highlander this is the only place we went to. Unfortunately, the color we wanted is a bit harder to find. Not a problem for us, as we were happy to order it and get it in a month or so. The problem is trying to get the sales staff (Stephen and his manager Josh) to call back. We went to the dealership and they one they found was at another dealership which was closed. They'd call us first thing the next morning to let us know if they were able to get it. No call for several days. After 3 days we call back and talk to Josh, a manager; they promise to look again and to call us back. No call for a week and a half. We call back again with one we found ourselves on a dealer's site (didn't want to drive all the way there). After leaving 3 messages (one per day), we finally get a hold of Josh (again we called). He'll look into it first thing on Monday, since apparently they can't (won't ?) call other dealers on the weekend. Will call us back first thing on Monday morning. That was a week ago and still havn't heard back. We go tired of the games, and bought an Acura MDX this weekend.

We live in Bend and have visited the Bend Dealership looking to buy a new Toyota several times. We could not find what we wanted there. Very limited selection, so decided to stop in Wilsonville on the way home from a trip to visit family in the Valley. We saw the commercial and my sister said she heard good things about the dealership. No haggling is a big plus. Loved the low sticker price posted on each car. Our salesman, Colin, was very helpful. Listened to what we wanted and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone. My sister went with us and liked him as well. Jenn was wonderful in explaining all the details on the car I chose to test drive. Even though we came in an hour before closing, she took the time to answer all questions. She did such a good job that I decided to purchase the car. Paper work took us beyond closing time; Jenn remained friendly and did not hurried me. I also appreciate that she took care of everything from beginning to end. This experience was so much better than any previous car purchase. I am happy to lend my voice to the stellar record of Wilsonville Toyota and the thus far perfect record of salesman Colin T. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from the dealership, where they pride themselves on a "no bull" car buying experience. Offering their best non-negotiable price on every car and paying their salespeople a flat commission per sale Wilsonville Toyota removes the hassle of negotiating a reasonable price, thereby better aligning the salesperson's goals with those of the buyer. Take Colin for example. He spent his entire day working with me as I prepared to buy my Tacoma. He took the time to understand my goals, both relating to a new vehicle and to my financial position. I believe we went on four test drives in total and for each of these he took the time to show me all the different loan and lease terms available, allowing me to make a truly informed decision. In the end, even though I came in looking at new trucks, he found the perfect one-year-old Toyota Certified Used option. It took us until after closing but I ended up with the right truck on the right terms. Service after the sale was also fantastic, as he tracked down the truck's former owner in Eastern Oregon and secured my second set of keys which the previous owner had misplaced. Five star service.

In November I went into Wilsonville Toyota to look at the new 4Runners. I was referred by Paul H. who knew that I was in the market for a new car and he told me all about Wilsonville's process and suggested that I try it out. Billy Y. was the salesman that I worked with and I can not say enough great things about him. The entire process was hassle free and smooth and it's all thanks to Billy. He went out of his way to ensure that I was not only getting the car that was right for me but that I was given the price that worked for me as well. I'd recommend both Billy and Wilsonville Toyota to all of my friends and family.

When i walked into Wilsonville Toyota i didnt know what to expect, Once I walked in i was greeted by Greg M. The way he greeted me was just perect. We sat down and talked about what I wanted not what he thought i would look good in. The entire time it was about "me" he opeed up all different optionslease, trade, buy. Greg made me feel very comfortable and not hassled. What I LOVED about this process is that i delt with Greg the entire time and Boyce one of the managers cae out and gave me the congrats on my new vehice. This has been the best place where I have been treated right by Wilsonville Toyota dealership and I would recommend all my friends to go to Greg.

I have purchased or leased several cars over the years but the customer service and respect I received from Jenn at Wilsonville Toyota far exceeded any prior experience. Until now I would have preferred a root canal over going to a car dealership - now I am looking for people who I can send to Jenn because I know the experience will prove to be a pleasure. I was not pressured to purchase any particular model, any particular "plan", service, or warranty. I knew exactly what the price would be prior to my arrival and there was no side talk with some mystery manager. Jenn wanted nothing more than for me to walk away happy - and I truly am. I know this sounds over the top but I wish I would have known this dealerships reputation and this salesperson about 10 years ago; I could have saved thousands of dollars and a ton of regret. Believe me when I say you won't be sorry; you'll be writing a review like this one.
