Great service from sales team

onDJ was a great, no pressure sales assistant on a used car we bought from Wilsonville Subaru. He answered questions honestly and when he didn't know an answer he said so and found it out. I was concerned about what turned out to be a small issue after I'd purchased the car, and DJ took time out from his day off (I didn't realize he'd given me his cell phone number and that he was with his children, though I could hear them playing in the background once I'd called) to call his manager and make sure that I was taken care of. We've worked with Wilsonville Subaru and Willsonville Toyota three, maybe even four times now, to purchase cars, and I've always been pleased with fair prices and good service. Highly recommend them.

Jess was wonderful

onThere was a different feel about this dealership as soon as we walked through the door and were greeted by Jess, who became our guest advocate. She was great! Really knew the vehicles and their features. She was able to respond to our questions without hesitation. The dealership had the Forester in the color we were hoping for. Jess handled all of the steps towards the purchase of our chosen vehicle, she made it so easy and no pressure or games If you’re looking for a Subaru give them a call ask for Jess, she really was a different type of sales person (guest advocate)

onMO GARCIA is the best! No words can truly express how grateful I am for his service and help throughout the whole process. I completely understand that making a big purchase, or signing a lease for a car can be stressful as it is. However, I absolutely enjoyed my time working and getting to know Mo. I had such a great time in Wilsonville Subaru! My husband got his Subaru Forester from this dealership back in 2019. I remember telling myself then, “I’ll be back for a Crosstrek someday!”. Fast forward to today, and it finally happened. Thank you so much Mo Garcia and Wilsonville Subaru!

Better than we expected!

onOur intention when we first visited Wilsonville Subaru was to gather as much information to take home and evaluate our needs and wants so we could make a finale decision on the vehicle we wanted. We were very fortunate to work with Andrew Ross. He was very well informed on all Subaru models and worked with us very patiently through the education process that brought us where we wanted to be in order to make a wise decision that day and we left there that day with our new Subaru Forester. For people interested in purchasing a new or used car we would strongly recommend working with Andrew. He knows his business well and is kind and patient through the whole process. I have given a 4 star rating because the total length of time we waited after our decision was made was much too long in finalizing paperwork. No reflection on Andrew for this wait.

Great first time buyer experience

onAs a first time new car buyer, I had an excellent experience with Tom Tyson. I was never coerced or felt uncomfortable. I was given a loaner car as well as I had to wait a couple days for specific model I purchased. Car sales people can be notoriously tricky, but Tom was anything but.

onIf you're interested in purchasing a Subaru, I highly recommend connecting with Mo Garcia at the Wilsonville Subaru dealership. Mo is knowledgeable, he listens and doesn't try to "up sell" or pressure. I am a single middle aged woman. When I needed time to think about my options before purchasing he respectfully gave me space without pestering. He didn't try to "mansplain" anything to me. I left the dealership with the information I needed, reviewed my options and went back to complete a sale without feeling forced into a transaction that I was not comfortable making. I appreciate Mo's sense of humor and authenticity. I felt that he genuinely cared about my experience and my satisfaction with the car I chose.

onMy husband and I had the pleasure of working with Andrew at Wilsonville Subaru. We went in for maintenance, and walked out with a brand new 2024 Forester. All thanks to Andrew! He was not pushy in any way, but brought us the numbers and facts so that we could make an informed decision on our own. Andrew made this a very easy and quick process, and if we weren't already, we are die hard Subaru fans now. We have made two great purchases at Wilsonville Subaru - they've got our business!

on"NO BULL" is correct. We did a lot of research on what car we were looking for. Wilsonville Subaru had the best price. Buying a new car is never much fun, but Andrew at W.S. made it pretty painless. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the Subaru brand and the buying/trade-in process. W.S. will definitely be our first stop the next time we are looking for a Subaru...........

They were kind, patient, helpful, and ultimately went the extra mile numerous times to make sure I got what I wanted. I really appreciate how my sales person was just being himself--a good person, working with me to zero in on the right vehicle. Stress-free experience

onI appreciated how the salesman let me decide what vehicle I wanted to test drive. I didn't feel pressured when we went on a long test drive. And the car had gas in it! I had test-driven several cars at other dealerships and it amazed me that there was barely enough gas in the tank to go anywhere. Overall the experience was relaxed, though it took several hours to complete the paperwork. I felt like I was allowed the time and space to make my own decisions.

onI was interested in a car that I saw online. My son and I drove 80 miles to Wilsonville Subaru to inquire about it. We were welcomed by sales associate Seven Sims and he took us through the entire process. We drove said car as well as another car we saw. We eventually went to another dealership to drive three other vehicles. That experience was so so. We returned to Wilsonville Subaru and Seven's supervisor greeted us with "Welcome back". I was caught off guard because I hadn't spoken with him on the first visit and said so. He said "I observe the sales staff to make sure our guests are well served. Just then Seven walked up to greet us again. From beginning to end Seven was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and best of all, I experienced no pressure. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have to say, Wilsonville Subaru provided me with a very pleasant experience. I am now the proud owner of a Subaru.

Unexpected Purchase

onI went into the dealership to get scheduled service on my 2014 Forester and ended up driving out with a 2023 Forester. It wasn’t my intention to buy a new car that day, but thought, just for fun, I’d see what the new cars had to offer. Lucky for me, a salesman named Seven came over to see if he could help me. He was relatively new to the dealership, but very knowledgeable about the cars. He was quick to find answers to any questions he was unsure of. I felt confident he was being straight with me..no pressure. So, thanks to Seven and my affinity for Subarus (this is my third), I drove home with a car with many more safety features than I drove in with. I will enjoy doing business with this dealership…good communication, friendly and capable employees, a good waiting area..and even a small cafe area with good coffee.

Bizarro car dealership

onI purchased a new Subaru here last week. The whole process was painless, no-pressure, and not at all car dealer-ish. They got me a great rate for my financing and didn’t sneak in any extras. These people seemed genuinely warm and friendly. The sales person, Dan, and one of the finance managers saw me off as I took delivery of my new BRZ. As I drove away, there were not any of the usual “bitter-sweet”feelings accompanying a car purchase, just the sweet part. Expectations exceeded, guys. It was like buying a car from this sort of Bizarro dealership.

What a great experience

onThis is an excellent dealership with excellent people. Purchasing my 2024 Impreza was a favorable experience with no hassle or pressure. I worked with the team of Will Torresan and Daniel Ramirez Cruz who both demonstrated their competencies in the buying process. If you want to know everything technical about Subaru or are a motor-head like me, Will is your man. When Will was not available, Daniel seamlessly filled the gaps - very pleasant to work with and followed up after the sale. Would I go back? Absolutely.
