False Advertising

Saw ad Posted on craigslist (1hr old) sent an email about vehicle. Got a response on Monday about it. I called and was told vehicle was in transit, then typical do you have trade in, whats your budget. I answered.. Wanted details about the actual vehicle. Told them I had cash and just wanted to test drive and make a deal. Was told Let me see where its at. Got the its getting detailed... Told them I am going away so when could we get it out of detail. Then was told they had just found some issues and was going to wholesale it instead. Told them I was still interested and would buy it and save them the trouble of wholesaling.. Got a followup call and was told the had sold it to a whole sellar already.. and would I be interested in a couple of other vehicles they had. This was in a total time from of about 48hrs. Their inventory means nothing, their website means nothing, their emails mean nothing.. Trust nothing they say. Im looking elsewhere for a vehicle.. BAIT and SWITCH?

Worst experience ever. We hate the car we were pushed into buying but have no way to get out of it. They couldn't and wouldn't get us what they originally promised in the deal. Supposedly did the front brakes but only did the brake pads. Weren't willing to do anything to make us happy at the time of purchase and because I drive a lot for work refuse to do anything about the brakes. This car was the worst decision we ever made and all I want is out of it. Don't ever go here. They will talk you into a horrible deal just to make a sale. Manager is [non-permissible content removed] who will twist your words to make it no longer their issue. They don't care about you unless you have a warranty and then they have to deal with you. They ignored all my issues about the car when we bought it, were incapable of doing what I wanted, and we have already had to replace the back brakes within 4 months. Does this sound like service? I left feeling that I had been insulted by the manager who couldn't care less about your needs. Basically he told me how dare I have a problem with them when I have been driving the car. I cannot say enough BAD about this dealership to express how disappointed I am with the service we have received and the way we have been treated.

2008 Dodge Avenger SXT

For the first time of buying a "new" car, I reviewed alotof dealerships & spoke to alot of them but after a year of looking where I would purchase my 2008 vehicle it would be with Robert at Newberg Dodge. Robert was polite professional and took his time in explaining the different models based on what my budget was. I saw Robert a few times and after 1 specific Saturday afternoon after 5 hours I got the Avenger SXT flexi-fuel---Love the car, love the deal Robert put together, I will not buy from anywhere else I will refer all my friends to Robert, He did ot push me into a car I did not want,he showed me car after car and test drive after test drive--great patience Thank you Newberg Dodge for having a great guy like Robert as part of your staff and a Great experience!!
