I was contacted by Kia to deal with the issues listed in my previous reviews. They understood I was not satisfied and frustrated. I did just pay for the parts but they did the fix without charging me labor.

Steering repair

Worst experience at any service center. I brought in my Kia for a clicking noise every time I turn the car. The technician heard it and clearly knew what the issue was. Wheel hub, wheel bearing and snap ring replacement. I knew what the issue was and they had quoted me $800 for the fix. The technician did the initial repair, drove it and gave it back to me. As soon as I received the car and left, I started to hear clicking still as I did turns again. I took it back and they told me that they only did the passenger side. I said you told me it was 800 to fix the clicking noise and it wasn't fixed. It was still there and would be another 500 to fix the driver side. How do you do the repair, hear the sound and still return the car. If I knew the repair was 1300 total, I wouldn't have done it. I now just threw away $800 for noise that still persists. Do not go and save yourself the trouble. Also they tried to charge me $200 for an oil change and $100 for a cabin air filter. They really try to take advantage of you.

They were quick to respond, my car was ready to go, the paperwork process was quick and I have NO complaints. Mike, my sales rep, was great about helping me with the car features and all of my questions. I would highly recommend them for new car purchase and for the trade in.

Drove quote a distance for three cat and they Knollwood it. No price break, we did ask that they'd email the car THEY DIDNT CHANGE A THING. same things that were dirty when we first drove were dirty when the7 were "finished ". PLEASE.KEEP YOUR WORD AND DON'T [non-permissible content removed]

There are lots of sales persons to help you, we called ahead, talked to Kristen and then we followed up with a visit. We went to look at the KIA Sorento PHEV and bought a KIA EV6. Karen, the director of finance, was a delight to work with as well. So when it came to warranties, maintenance and protection services don't be afraid to ask for better pricing. They can always say no but we did get breaks on a few of the items. The only thing negative I could say is the minimal customer parking, it was partially used up by parking new car there.

I found all of the folks we came in contact , understanding, helpful and over the top customer service We traded in my 2011 Sorento with 287,000 miles For a 2014 Sorento with 200, 000 miles less Unfortunately it had a issue and returned to dealer and we were able to swap it for a 2018 Jeep renegade on the lot. Erik our sales consultant was awesome, he stuck it out pretty much all day with us. Big John /Carl were great and Karen Finance guru was awesome working with us through the “deals” (Twice) With our experience with them we were pleased with the outcome and Jeep ! One suggestion would be a faster process

This dealership was on it from beginning to end of vehicle purchase they kept in touch with us during vehicle shipment from factory and Derek our sales rep went over most of the vehicles features while we were waiting for final papers to sign and the telluride was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up with a full tank of gas

I do not like car shopping, mainly because most salesman we’ve encountered are extremely pushy. Our salesman, Jhon Erik Rodriguez, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He was also very polite, patient, and understanding, as I was apprehensive to test drive the car in all the traffic. We really appreciated the time he took with us trying to help us find just the right car. He worked hard to show us all the trim options so that we could make the right decision. Erik was very helpful and kind. When we finally chose a vehicle, it wasn’t going to be ready for us to take home for a couple of days. Erik kindly offered to deliver it to us, more than 50 miles away. Erik was great to work with.

False advertisement

I was caught off guard when I asked the salesman what the price of the car was… I already knew it was 48k online but the sales said it’s not 48k it’s 51k because of of the pro pack. There was no clear over view what the pro pack was beside 3M tape on the edges of the door which is not 3k for that 3M tape

See Derek in sales if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Bought our 2022 KIA Telluride and Derek helped us from the very start placing from placing our order and tracking it from the time it was shipped to arrival! Great experience. Everyone was great including the finance team.
