onThe service at Wagner Subaru is fantastic. They have an Express Check in that is quick and efficient with very friendly people who make sure that the service you need is accurate for your vehicle. I also like the fact that they don't try to sell you extra services that you don't need or want ( there is another shop nearby that adds/performs unauthorized services to your visit, then charges you for those services). They have some of the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with, also.

onI'm always treated with respect at Wagner Subaru. I know a lot about health care but nothing about automobiles, so it's refreshing that their staff always explains what's going on with my vehicle in language I understand. I can't say how many times in the past that I've taken my vehicle for service to other places and have been treated like a complete idiot. I really appreciate Wagner Subaru's commitment to customer service.

onOn a Saturday morning, I utilized Wagner Subarues Express Care service. In less than one hour, my vehicles oil was changed., the exterior washed. All with no prior appointment needed. Great sales and service experience!

onFrom my first visit to the showroom until delivery, all employees I dealt with were helpful with no pressure to buy. I dealt only with the sales staff start to finish, there is no back room sales manager to pressure customers for optional packages.

Love the Ascent and the dealership

onWe ordered an Ascent with special features added. The car was delivered to Wagner Subaru in Fairborn OH in Late November as scheduled. Our actual time spent taking possession of the car was less than 90 minutes which included the sales representative (Lee Blanzy) taking time to go over the features of driving the car. Overall the entire process from ordering to drive off the lot was exceptionally easy. The entire staff at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Also, we love the way the Ascent drives and the quality of workmanship.

onWe are on our 4th Subaru (2008 Legacy SpecB GT, 2012 Outback Limited, 2018 Outback Touring and 2023 Outback Touring) and all have been serviced exclusively by Wagner. They are honest, do good work and don't push services that are not listed in the owner's manual.

2024 Subaru Crosstrek Purchase

onMy wife and I agreed on a price for our 2024 Subaru Crosstrek with a Wagner Subaru salesperson and came back the following morning to pick up our new vehicle. When we arrived and sat down in the salesperson's office we were informed that the price we were given the day before mistakenly did not include options that were installed on the vehicle (remote engine start, roof spoiler, valve stem caps). These options bumped up the price of our vehicle by a considerable amount. I have to admit I was surprised by this but agreed to pay the additional cost because my wife had her heart set on getting the car that morning. I know that what is done is done but when we got home with the vehicle I could not help but feel negative about the experience. I freely admit that I am not good in spur of the moment situations but feel that Wagner Subaru never should have put me in that position in front of my wife. In hindsight, I feel that Wagner Subaru should have honored the price that was given to me the day prior. I had no idea that the price did not include the other options installed on the car. I did speak to my salesperson about this a couple of days after coming home with the vehicle and expressed my thoughts. Overall the process of buying the car was very positive except for the surprise of the increase in price. I did mention that a phone call ahead of time would have been appreciated so that I would have been able to process the situation before I got there. I also mentioned that maybe we could discuss a deal on an extended warranty to help me feel better about this situation. I was told by my salesperson that he would take that into consideration. That was two days ago and I have not heard anything back. I would think that at the very minimum, I deserve a call back either way to let me know what the thoughts were about the extended warranty idea.

No being passed off to a finance guy who tries to talk you into a bunch of add-ons. Susan didn't try and talk me into anything, she asked questions but a "No" and she moved on, again Zero pressure. onIt only took Wagner Subaru about 35 minutes to service my 2014 Outback with an oil change, a vehicle inspection, rotate my tires, and reprogram my tire pressure sensors. Apparently the car forgot it's sensors when I put on snow tires last year and switched back to the summer tires. Very fast service and under $200 for all that.

Better than Expected

onWhile driving to go shopping, went in to have Wagner's check out a low Tire Pressure Indicated Reading. Found a screw in the sidewall. Due to the wear on the tires, all needed to be replaced. I anticipated having a long wait, however, Wagner's staff offered a loaner car for use while they replaced the tires. The technical rep explained the work to be performed in detail.

onMost recently took my Crosstrek in for its 18-month scheduled maintenance. They did what they we're supposed to do. In addition they determined that a tire rotation was not necessary and thus saved me that expense. And they washed my car at no charge.
