We recently had the pleasure of visiting Lindsay Acura and working with Tabitha Browning for discussing options for our second vehicle lease with them. We were thoroughly impressed and pleased for the second consecutive time doing business with Lindsay Acura. From our end as customers, our intention for that day was to simply explore options for our next vehicle lease/purchase and then set a follow-up appointment for a different day to actually select a vehicle and complete the paperwork. However, thanks to Tabitha's stellar service and Lindsay Acura's overall exceptional customer experience, that decision quickly changed! We were so impressed with the fast turn-around provided by Tabitha and the Lindsay Acura staff (as well as our chosen vehicle) that we decided to move forward with the new lease on the spot. We were not disappointed with anything during the process. We even ended up in a very good situation with the trade-in value of the vehicle that we were turning in because Lindsay had reached out to us well in advance of it being time to turn in our old vehicle. This allowed us to take advantage of savings. In all of our years of buying or leasing cars, Lindsay stands out as the smoothest and best experience to date. Thank you, Lindsay Acura, and a big shoutout to Tabitha for making this process smooth and enjoyable! We look forward to enjoying our new lease, and we undoubtedly plan to return to Lindsay Acura for our future automotive needs.

Tabitha the car acquisition professional (sales lady) was nice and personable. Also, super helpful asking questions to understand what I wanted and answered questions I had even days after the sale. Ashley the lady behind the curtain (sales manager) who was very busy still took the time to step out to visit with me. I went to over 10 different dealerships and NONE of those other managers came out to talk. For me and most people, a car is the second biggest purchase and both Tabitha and Ashley understand that customer service is the corner stone to selling a car.

Went in to look at an 08 acura tl and wasn't 100% I'd be happy with and older vehicle. Being late and the dealership was about to close I didn't want to hold my salesman Tyler McClung up but he reassured me he wanted me to make the best decision. I told him what I was looking for but the car had sold and he provided me another option. The fact that I was able to test drive a second brand new car that I had no intentions on buying helped win over my decision and the car was everything I was looking for even though I had no intentions on paying that much for a car. A+ service especially given the circumstances.

I will 10/10 always recommend this dealership. It’s a whole different atmosphere than most. Not only that, but they have exceptional employees. Phillip and Ashley went out of their way to make sure we left with what we came to get. I could never thank them enough for all their help. The whole process of buying a car gives me anxiety but they made it an easy process. You can tell that they are working with you rather than against you!! We were able to chitchat and actually have fun while being in the process of paperwork.

Lindsay Acura has always been the best Acura Dealer in Ohio. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and easy to deal with. My contact from Mr. Lindsay all the way down to the service department has always been a good experience. Phil Dunbar is an excellent sales person to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure you are treated well and professionally! I have absolutely no complainants. I will be back!

Very friendly staff and amazing service! I drove from Indianapolis to purchase my 2020 ILX premium package. I had been dealing with few bad dealerships around and Lindsay Acura made my purchase super easy, start to finish. From the beginning I knew what car I wanted and the color, so I was communicating with Jason and he made it super easy by doing everything over the phone. Jason did all the paperwork before I get to Columbus and his team made the process of buying a car so convenient. He responded to text messages quickly and answered all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service that was provided. I would recommend anyone to see Jason and Lindsay Acura.

Bought a certified tlx and my mistake for not looking very closely and wiping rain off the car to see tons of paint chips all over the hood and sides of car and not getting anywhere with management besides offering a paint pen that obviously is a temporary fix since i had a body shop tell me the day after buying it needs that it needs re painted! Will not go here again or refer anyone

"Never before" the kind of experience I had with this dealership. Great customer service. Thad Beaver was very thorough with explaining all the features of the MDX we checked out. He answered each and every question we had and made us comfortable through the whole process. The manager wasn't any less. Don't remember his name. Unfortunately MDX wasn’t the right vehicle we wanted but would happily come back to this dealership if we ever needed an Acura.
