Preston Ford has a way of making you feel "at home". I was personally greeted by everyone working, even though I did not deal with them directly. JJ was honest and knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. I was impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the employees.

Just went in to test drive

My husband and I stopped in at Preston to test dirve and do some research for our upcoming car purchase. I was in a lease that I had gone over on the miles and my current dealership was not the least but helpful or apparently interested in my business. Bruce met us in the parking lot at Preston and got us on a test drive right away. We were ready to head home after punching some numbers and not feeling quiet ready when Brice said I have another idea. He worked hard and went the extra mile to get me in exactly what I wanted for the price we were looking for. Bruce even got me an extra $10 off my monthly payment with Ford for being a recent college grad. Thanks to Bruce and Preston Ford for there wonderful customer service, we will definitely be telling our friends!

Excellent Dealership

I had an excellent experience with Preston. Everyone was fun, knowledgeable, professional, and generally wanted to do what they could to get me into a new lease. There was not one person from the service dept( my turn in lease) to the sales dept to finance that I did not like. Cant wait to get another new car or truck from Preston!

The salesman and the finance dept. gave me all the information I needed to lease a new 2017 Ford Fusion Titanium awd. And, the turn in procedure for my 2014 lease was easy. This is my second lease from this dealership: I highly recommend their professionalism

My Great Escape!

We bought a Ford Escape SE. We love it!! The salesman was awesome. He explained everything about the car and was very patient with us. He was very knowledgeble about the car. We got a great deal, too. My boyfriend wants to get an Escape when his lease is up on his Jeep Cherokee. This is my second time I purchased a car from this dealership. I would go back again and recommend them.

Picked up new Edge - great experience

My wife and I picked up our new Edge Today. Great experience from test drive to delivery. Tod Sherrill, Wally Brown, Scott T-Man, Darryl and Michael all took care of us and special Care of my wife who doesn't like car shopping. It was calm, friendly and pressure free! Pat Preston even came out and said hello! We love our car and would Recommend this dealer to anyone!

Purchasing Experience

I live in Geauga County and I believe in doing business where I live. But I wanted to also do business with a dealer that also has a high rating. So needless to say I saw that Preston had a 5 star rating as compared the Liberty(which had a 4 star rating). I was not disappointed in choosing Preston Ford with not only one vehicle purchase, but two at the same time. Bruce was exceptional in guiding us through the purchase along with delivery and walking us through the details of each vehicle. Bruce is very compassionate about vehicles and is willing to learn more. When I get my camper home I am going to call Bruce and see if he wants to fool around with the trailer assist with me and see have it works. Anyway....thanks Bruce for a GREAT! vehicle purchasing experience. Don S.

Preston Superstore Rocks!!!!

I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Preston of Burton, Ohio. Everytime, my experience has been very low stress, no pressure, and with great ease. I have always gotten my vehicles for a great price. I swayed off of the beaten path when I purchased a Honda CRV. However, my experience there wasn't quite as pleasant. I told my wife that if I ever consider going somewhere other than Preston, she has my permission to beat me senseless. Love you guys! Thanks for a great sales experience.
