shoddy work

I took my truck in for the 2nd prepaid oil change After the oil change, mechanic said I needed new oil coolant lines, they would order the parts and schedule me for the repair.When I got home I saw oil on my concrete. My truck developed an oil leak. I have had the truck 1.5 years with no oil leak. After 8 days I called to see what was going on with the parts and my repair. parts had been there but no one scheduled the repair. They got me in and put new lines on. Went home Next morning I still have an oil leak, Now I have 3 big oil spots on my concrete, I called to complain they told me to bring it over, I told them oil is leaking from the filter, so they took it back and did something to the oil filter, I waited 3 hrs. went to see what's going on and she said I forgot about you your truck has been done for 2 hrs, I sat for 2 long hours that I didn't need to... So far 2 days no leak , but I won't hold my breath. Service attendant said she would give me 2 free oil changes for the aggravation of 3 trips back over, I said done deal. Oil changer needs better training.

New car purchase

The service was great our salesman Corey was the best. He greet us right away. Offered us drinks and snack. Accommodated chair for the grandkids. He explained the different features in the car to me. The whole time we were there everybody was cordial and made our experience a lot easier. Corey had everything ready to go so we will not have to be there long.

I was very picky on the SUV I wanted and Patrick was helpful and patient in helping me find the right one. I was allowed to take it overnight to make sure I loved it! Jay did a great job with getting the deal together, transferring my plates and my insurance. Thanks to Patrick and Jay for helping me find and get into my new ride!

A Great Experience

I have always dreaded shopping for a car...but the entire team at VanDevere Chevrolet changed my way of thinking. They were upfront honest and did not pressure me. Our sales man, Anthony, really listed to my needs and went out of his way to provide excellent service. I will definitively recommend this friendly and knowledgeable dealership to all my friends and family!

We purchased our second car from Van Devere. The price on our pre-owned van was fair and we love our new car! We were assisted by salesman Randy B., who was very helpful and made the buying process easy. He was not pushy or overly aggressive in his sales approach which is a key factor in my decision to buy from a dealer. I would surely go to van Devere again and would be glad to have him as a salesman.

I dealt with Lydia Oldja. I dropped off a 2005 suburban with 99,000+ miles and was treated like a valuable customer. Lydia searched the service records for my vehicle, made service recommendations consistent with my comments, found a Chevy service recall for one broken part, and got me back on the road. I plan on returning to Van Devere for future maintenance work on this vehicle.
