I had a problem with a used truck and needed assistance in resolving the problem. Chris Matthews in the service dept listened to my situation and started to work to resolve it. He was attentive and listened to me and resolved the problem. He is a great asset to your company and is the person with the knowledge and customer service abilities to help any one Thank you Chris

3 technicians out sick? Kinda sketchy

As a teacher, I really do not have much time for blarney. I received a recall on my jeep compass..a software update in which the recall problem has been affecting my vehicle. The service dept scheduled me for 1 month out. Dec 19, 2022 in which I had to take the day off & didn't get to say goodbye to my students before break. I go in this morning & the whole dealership is a MESS. 3 technicians supposedly are out sick today🤔 & construction going on inside in the main building. Why should I have to sit there all day for this recall & involve myself in this mess? I definitely think the SALES Dept should shut down until the SERVICE dept can catch up. My tolerance level for even having to go through this because..what little money I do make as a teacher..came out of my time & wallet today. Deciding to leave, try for another day to have this recall & problem solved...they had no openings to make an appt for another day...because they do not know how long their technicians will be out sick🤔 This is and was a bunch of blarney & now I'm having a to find another dealership to have the software installed. Thank you for teaching me a lesson today

Worse dealership ever, Scam!

I bought my car at the end of April of 2022 at this dealership from salesman called Mr. Ali. Ali was acting too friendly towards us to talk us into getting this specific car which was very odd. I took out a loan on a 2008 Toyota RAV4 worth $13,000 after an additional $1,000 down payment. After checking the car price in Carvana and Edmunds actual car value ended up being 4.500$ which means that the price I am paying is not even close to the actual one. I was given paperwork to sign indicating ''No accidents'', though both Edmunds and CARVANA show car had an accident which means I was lied to at the time of purchase about the condition of the car. Drove off the lot only to find that the oil drain plug was completely loose. Problems started from day one. I returned to the dealership and asked for swap/return or provide any kind of assistance and was offered NO solution at all. I have just made my second car payment and already had to change the suspension, the windshield, and the brake master cylinder. The month into owning the car TPMS sensor light came on and we had to fix that issue too. This car is just eating up my money! Engine is notoriously known for oil consumption issues (2AZ-FE), to which I was not made aware of also. Car is currently being tested for overconsumption of oil at a Toyota dealership. Overall, I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. The worst dealership I have been to. Look elsewhere to buy your car, this dealership is not trustworthy.

Very Disappointed

Service Dept. diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Didn’t call me as promised. I called and an appointment was scheduled. I was told it would take an hour. Arrived at the scheduled time. After checking-in with service rep, my truck was moved and sat outside a garage bay for longer than an hour. Complained to my service rep after the first 75 minutes and he said this place is like place is like going to see a doctor, sometimes you just have to wait (wouldn’t surprise me if their customer base started dying away). He was rude and unprofessional. This guy needs customer service training. He has no clue on how to talk to a customer. The one hour turned out to be almost three hours. Finally, they said my 2020 Ram was finished and then I noticed a ding on the edge of the driver’s side door. So now, I wait 14 minutes for the service department manager who is about 20 feet away. This person needs the same training as his service rep. He inferred on numerous occasions that there was no way the door could have been damaged in his shop. He was very sarcastic and condescending. He walked away grumbling and said bring it back on Tuesday morning and you’re going to have to leave it all day and “I’ll help you out”. No one accepts any responsibility and they deflect all accountability.

Roof

Annabel did a great job of working with me on getting the top for my jeep that was damaged. She was always kind and felt bad when it was taking so long to find a top. The gentleman that performed the service was also very nice and professional. I am experiencing some rattling noising in my top. I am coming back in the beginning of November to get a bracket that was broke on my new top I got. Hopefully they will be able to work with me and get the rattles fixed to where there are not any. I did put no on the quality of work done just because it has the rattles but that will change if the rattles are taken care of. thanks

After Purchase nightmare

Service was great until I signed on the dotted line. They failed to register my vehicle because I was residing out of state and was more complicated for them. I had to chase them to try to get it done but were very little help and sales manager hung up on me once I showed frustration and that I was not satisfied with very little help he was.
