I had some incredibly negative experiences with other dealerships, so when I decided to go to King Ford in Murphy, I had low expectations. My salesperson (Rob Chandler) was so helpful and patient. They paired me up with a new Bronco and an incredibly low interest rate. Rob never made me feel like I was being pushed, and everyone at the dealership was so friendly. Jake was my first point of contact, and he checked on me a couple of times throughout the process. It is good to know that there are dealerships out there who are interested in the benefit of the buyer.

It's very rare to find someone in the used car industry that you like and trust immediately. Jake not only promised but actually delivered to the letter of what we were asking for. I would work with KING FORD again because of Jake. It took him 3 months to find the perfect truck, but he delivered in thee end.

King Ford has the absolute best customer service people and quality Service Repairs. I actually drive by another Ford dealer to go to kingford 30 miles away. King Ford is the only place I would take my Ford Focus Titanium even if it's just for a tire repair from a nail.

For anyone thinking of buying a Ford, I highly recommend King Ford in Murphy NC. It is 3 hours from my hometown, but worth the drive. I am one who doesn't relish the thought of going to a car dealer, but they are a breath of fresh air. I mostly dealt with their internet contact Shilla. She is very pleasant, professional and helpful. The whole process could not have been any smoother. Nicer people you will never see at a dealer. It is a family business and it shows. My salesman when I arrived was Cole. Like Shilla, he was very easy to deal with and made the process seamless. Never any pressure or sale speak. It was what you would imagine buying a car in Mayberry might be like. I purchased a new Ford Fusion from them and I will definitely return for my next Ford.

We bought a used Ford Escape recently from King Ford. The process was easy, the terms of the contract were clearly laid out, and the sales people were helpful and considerate. The warranty coverage was good, first oil change was free. I had to bring it in for damage caused by rodents chewing up the wiring harness; the service people promptly fixed it at a very good price, and they also gave me tips to prevent a recurrence. King Ford makes the extra effort to keep their customers happy.

Remember folks, if you are interested in buying an auto from King Ford, be prepared to negotiate the rock bottom price. Because King Ford does not advertise price, They will not show you a price even when they get you inside. King Ford will sell you a decent vehicle, but they get you focused on the monthly payments and they will not negotiate a lower price unless you demand it so consequently you will pay top market value, for your vehicle. Demand a rock bottom price or walk out! Remember, if they won't show you the numbers, the power to negotiate rock bottom price has been placed in your hands.

2012 Ford Focus

Salesman, Shane Gobel was excellent. I had researched pricing on my car and the new car. Salesman offered more for my car than I expected and his quoted price for the new car was less than I expected. After we located the car (was due delivery to dealership in the next few days) it took about 15 minutes and a handshake to get the deal done. The dealership (great finance lady) took care of the state taxes, tag transfer, and even contacted my insurance company to make the necessary changes. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I got what I consider to be a very good deal.
