New Ford Mustang Mach E

Excellent team! Test drove a car because I was interested in a used model at a sister dealership in Apex. No guilt, no pressure. When I called a week later to purchase a new vehicle instead, everything except signatures was arranged prior to my arrival. Easy and up-front. Can’t wait to go back and buy a Bronco!! Two weeks after the purchase, everything still going well. Dealership has been checking in. I LOVE my Mach E!

Ford Disservice to Loyal Customers

Truck taken in for what first thought ws fuel miss , or transmission issue similar to the F150 a few years back with slipping on starts and stops. This issue involves normal driving conditions after about third or fourth gear. The vehicle exhibits jerky throttle issues and sometimes fairly violent gear changes for no reason , even while on level straight roads. My dealer replaced a part and handed truck back to me. The [problem ws NOT resolved at all and I will be contacting them today to let them know and see hat their explanation will be. If there is a ongoing problem with the Ford Ranger it is up to Ford , then the dealer , to let their customers know and how it will affect the future value of this truck for trades and Sales. The dealer does good work and excellent service , the question is if Ford is letting them advise customers of a ongoing problem and just hiding it from the public.

A/C repair

A/C stopped working in the am about a week ago(don't remember the date). When I got home, I called the service dept. and they were booked up until the 10th of july. I told Robert in service that I was going on vacation on the 10th camping in Wv. and I already had made reservations and that I need my A/C repaired and he told me to bring my F150 in and they would try and work me in. I had my truck there that afternoon, they called me the next afternoon and told me it was complete, now that's great service, thanks again to you Robert and the crew that made it possible'

Had car for a week (after being towed to dealership) before I heard anything from dealer. Found no crank problem and repaired. Found car still pulls to left after paying $100 for a front wheel alignment. Plastic bottom engine cover that was installed at dealership has come loose and can be seen from front of car. Am very disappointed in the service department and am losing my trust as well. I'm stuck here... have to use other shops that do quality work.

If I Wanted Information On My Repair, I had To Call

Terrible customer service. Dropped my 2014 F-150 for a severe drivetrain issue, and took over three weeks to repair my truck. But the worst part was having to call everyday to get an update. In those three weeks, my service rep called me only TWO times. Sorry, but totally unacceptable.
