Colby at the dealership was an absolute gem!!! Not only did she possess an in-depth knowledge of the vehicles, but she also handled all of our concerns with grace and ease. Her professionalism and dedication made the car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Shane was alright I guess..cool guy for his age but I HIGHLY recommend Colby to anyone in search of a reliable and attentive car sales person. I gave her every problem possible and she handled it like a champ!!

Car Buying Experience

The experience was exceptional! Colby Colson is one of the best salespeople I have ever encountered. She was so patient with us for the process lasted for months. She understood our budget, the vehicle we wanted, and the importance of previous maintenance on the vehicle. She would send us videos of vehicles. Because we lived out of state these vehicles would sell before we could see them. Colby continued to work with us and finally we found our vehicle. The process did not end there. The vehicle had some minor issues that needed to be addressed. She and Hendrick Honda were great in repairing the vehicle and addressing other concerns. Colby is the reason that this experience was so exceptional!

I took my 2015 accord in for service. The Service Advisor, Austin Davidson, was outstanding -- friendly, knowledgeable, and focused. He fully explained the repairs I needed and the options for service, and delivered in a very timely way. He'd previously been a repair tech and knew exactly how it would work. Couldn't have been better.

Excellent Sales Rep

My husband and I were looking at used cars but, unfortunately, didn’t find what we were looking for today. However, the sales rep, Dakota Buckey was amazing! He was not one of those pushy salesmen who make you want to immediately turn around and leave. He was very personable & knowledgeable as well as showed a genuine interest in us and our needs. I wish more salesmen were like him, it would take some of the stress out of finding the right car for our family!
