This place is horrible Dimitri the service manager will slander your name he accused me of being racist and cursing Which isn’t true I recorded everything and now they refuse to fix the truck they sold us that had a problem unless i took down my reviews. So they tried to extort me , slandered my name and cussed me of being racist when their service person Rob G actually called one of the others workers a terrorist because he is India. Stay away from here. [non-permissible content removed]. They lie and they try to extort you

I just bought a Ford Explorer from Sayville Ford and the overall experience was great. I dislike car shopping very much and I was extremely anxious about purchasing a new vehicle…Ryan, my Salesman, was really genuine and very pleasant to deal with. He was always available and helpful to me. He helped make my decision to buy this vehicle easier, the process smooth and was always very accommodating and kind. I purchased a loaner, 2022 Ford Explorer with very low miles…..it was just what I had been looking for and I love it…..Being it had been previously driven somewhat, it did have a few, very minor cosmetic flaws, understandably…..Ryan (salesman) and Tiago, Sales Supervisor, rectified and fixed my concerns, even after I brought the vehicle home and noticed an issue…..I am extremely grateful and satisfied…Most, I believe would not be so inclined to be this way…..They were extremely accommodating, very understanding and helpful and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Just walking into Sayville Ford you feel comfortable, no gimmicks, no pressure. The atmosphere is comfortable and I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman named Tony, who proceeded to work with me until I was happy with the car (2023 Ford Edge) and deal that got within my budget. He took into account all my needs and considerations and that I walked out with a smile. He even made sure to shine my current license plates up since I was transferring them from my trade in. Tony is a class act! I had been a Newins Ford customer for 13 years and I am now part of the Sayville Ford family! Upon handing me the keys, Tony wanted to confirm that I was familiar with all the tech and workings with the car by having Otis walk me through it.. he made sure before I drove off the lot I was 100% comfortable with the car… Thank you Tony and thank you Sayville Ford!

I have purchased multiple cars over the years from Sayville Ford. The quality of the dealership has degraded from sales to service. They claim to be a zero fee dealer but every car has dealer installed options. Over priced. Borderline bully’s. The service department was once exemplary. Now a shell of itself. No courtesy/loaners anymore. They sold them for profit. Immature and not honorable. I’m due for a new lease. I will travel just to not go back to Sayville Ford.

A 10 out of 10 is not usually synonymous with car dealerships and services. But I have never had a bad experience nor do I have one negative thing to say about Sayville Ford. Everyone I have dealt with is knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic, courteous and just plain great. Henceforth, a 10 out of 10 from me

Just purchased a new vehicle from Sayville ford and had very limited time to complete the deal. I met Ryan Deverux in sales and he was able to complete the entire deal in a very timely fashion. The entire process went smooth and the staff were very friendly. Strongly recommend Sayville ford when looking to purchase a vehicle.
